If you book a suite that's what you should get we arrived at the property only to be informed that they had sold our suite

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Up the rd "literally" from downtown (on the main rd) & close to interstate. Room was clean. Love Love Love the tempered glass shower. The door was opened for us each time we arrived with the greeting "welcome back."

The shower floor looked dirty. Couldn't figure out the lamp in the room. Took ac all evening to cool room down. Heard thumbing all day Saturday sounded like someone being body slammed all day. Elevators do not have air condition.The bump in the parking garage can damage your car.

Absolutely everything was perfect — the location, the ambiance, the temperature, the staff, the amenities, etc. The only downfall is that the fire alarm went off around 2:30AM and the entire hotel had to evacuate, which made for a semi tough rest of the night. Additionally, and I may be a rookie here, but there was an extra $50.00 hold charged on my card in case damages happened; however this information was not disclosed upon my check—in, but rather I noticed it on my statement. When it comes to charges on my card, I try to keep a close eye. I think additional fees and charges should’ve been better communicated but, other than that, it really was an excellent stay and we will be back!

Absolutely amazing roof top bar. Most comfortable bed I honestly have slept in at a hotel!

We had an Eggs Benedict at the restaurant on main lobby area. Was not good at all! Didn't even finish our food. Everything else definitely made up for the one issue. We were definitely happy with our stay and will go back. Next time we will try the coffee bar instead though.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice, clean and had a huge TV in it. The rooftop bar and other facilities are really nice. Beautiful hotel. We walked everywhere we went. Front desk was very professional. My second stay here.

The TV kept returning to the guide screen on its own which made it hard to watch. There were no wash rags in the bathroom and the complimentary shampoo and body wash were almost empty.

Very well maintained property and excellent location…upto the standard of 5 star hotel.

No buffet breakfast…limited selection on dine in breakfast…lifts were extremely slow…room didnt have hair dryer…rang customer service few times but never answered…

Premium coffee with Keurig in the room. The little cafe in lobby area for scones and coffee!

Beds were too soft for my bad back. Maids woke us early - make sure to use the do not disturb sign.

Check in was great. There was bad weather moving in and they gave me a handout with the plan if things got bad. Everything was explained clearly. The room was clean and comfortable. The rate was good.

The highrail rooftop bar smelled kinda bad. My wife described it as cleaning solution left on a dirty rag and then wiped over everything so it's not quite clean, but smells like cleaning solution..... I'm sure if the weather had been better, that wouldn't have been a problem because we'd have been outside.

The spa, and the staff! The aesthetic of the whole hotel, "that we were able to see" was gorgeous. We especially loved the artwork. We liked the style of the modern bathroom fixtures.

I didn't like that you had to ask for your room to have services.

Really clean and the staff was very helpful. Restaurants and bars on the property.

It was nice, but not $400 for one night nice. The rooftop bar was severely understaffed and the bartender had nobody to help him wash glasses to keep up with drink orders.
