the king suit was amazing for a family of 5. the staff’s helpfulness was incredible! we used the pack n play for our baby, we couldn’t fit ours in the car at the last minute and I just texted them on the way there. the food is really good as well! eating at the hotel helped with decision fatigue! we never moved the car and walked everywhere.

the pool was definitely not a place I wanted to be. it needs a good cleaning. but the aquarium has good water stuff. take a towel and a change of clothes. our bigs definitely jumped in fully clothed. also an accessibility ramp out of the front entrance.

Did not eat breakfast there. Plenty of places close by and cheaper. Facilities and location excellent.

I felt like I was tricked over the parking. I have stayed there before and have never paid for parking. When I checked out I was informed parking was $18 per night. When I asked about that I was told it was because I booked through booking.com. I was so frustrated I did not question them further. I was not notified when I checked in about the fee. Their add does not say free parking just that parking is available. This little surprise should be better clarified.

Room was great. Conveniently located to most area attractions. Staff was great...especially the folks working the breakfast area.

The only thing that made it a challenge was the parking as it is shared with the science place. If we left in the morning to go do stuff we found ourselves having to park down the street in the parking garage until the science place closed. Only other knock was the bed. I have back issues and the really soft mattress aggravated my back.

Drawers in closet. Clean room and bath. Lots of towels and washcloths. Comfortable mattress.

No bar soap. Hand soap dispenser too high on wall and hard to read label if sight impaired. Location in difficult area to manage your personal effects because of possible drips of products mounted over counter space if two people sharing the room. Showers doors too heavy to move easily.

The only issue we had was one of our rooms we booked took a while to get into. Other than this it was a great place to stay. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. It is in a perfect location . We were very impressed with how nice it smelled. The food was good and the bar service was outstanding. Our thanks to everyone.

Would have loved a double room, which I thought I had booked. We were traveling with kids. They did accommodate with a travel bed. That's all

The location was excellent. Liked the market by checkin. Staff was very helpful. Would recommend that you have a free breakfast like Hampton. When staying with children, just need a light breakfast, nothing fancy. Coffee available in lobby also.

Was worried about the parking. If weather was bad, would have been uncomfortable to have to use offsite parking.

The hotel itself was good. Location was great. Walking distance to aquarium, breweries, good food, and the river. Short drive to other cool activities as well.

Booking through booking.com caused me to have a hold on my account for a few days for a second charge of the full price of the hotel. The bar could have been better. Pool needed to keep better stock of towels. Parking was $18 a night and the lot was used by other people during the day, so finding parking on some days can be difficult.

The staff was exceptional as well as the entire team and the facility. From the clerk to the cafeteria worker and chef they were all very hospitable and engaged with their customers.

Water pressure was a little low but they informed us that they were working on the issue.

Breakfast prices are way too expensive. Should be included in hotel price.

We are sad they got rid of the hot tub. Also the parking. Parking should be Included. Especially when the lot is used for Public parking and typically full so I have a small child and have to walk far in the dark.
