Courtyard by Marriott Memphis Airport

Location and room was nice

The ONLY elevator is in the back if the hotel which is a terrible inconvenince. The gate stayed open which made me park up front after seeing glass in the ground from a vehicle being broken into.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, close to the airport. Liked the shuttle also.

Restaurant was lacking and our room wasn't cleaned the second day. No coffee restocked or cups or even garbage empty. Asked for coffee, got that, but was told they would bring the cups and never did. No coffee the next morning before the airport.

I loved the friendliness of the staff- most housekeepers aren’t there at night but they had a housekeeper which was awesome. I needed more towels and he bought them at 10pm to my room. The beds were super soft- the room was clean upon entering even though I bring my own cleaning products- I also liked that check out isn’t until 12pm.

I didn’t like that there is no ice machine on each floor- u had to take your bucket to the front and they get the ice from the back- inconvenience- the gate never worked.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean.

High noise level. You can hear every conversation from everywhere. Some guests were arguing at 6:30 am, which was very disruptive. The phone in the room didn't work.

We arrived at this hotel airport very tired after an exhausting weekend with family. The front desk clerk was very kind and charming, she also accommodated us with a quieter room. The hotel itself does have a strange U configuration which makes it a little difficult to navigate. Our room, however, was very comfortable, large, and clean. As far as proximity to the airport, it is still a touch away, but this is about the best place you could ask for within the area. Overall we were very pleased and we would stay again.

Configuration of the hotel was strange, making it difficult to tell where rooms are located in relation to the parking lot and front desk.

Breakfast wasn’t served until after we had to leave.

I asked for a ground floor room close to the lobby because walking is hard for me. We got the ground floor but our room was as far away from the lobby as possible. Very hard on me.

Location Close to Graceland, pool for a swim after a hot day. Access to bar for a beer and brekkie with cappuccino. Courtesy bus to and from the airport and bus driver took us to a restaurant and picked us up which was great.

Nothing

Came for a the Liberty Bowl so we were close to the stadium. Also, close to the interstate so we had easy access for getting to other locations in the city such as Germantown. Clean and quite which made for a good rest each night. I loved all the plugins for phones and such.

The ice machine on the first floor was out of order. Only had two towels so maybe a few extra would have been nice.

Exactly what I have come to expect from a Marriott Courtyard experience. Clean rooms and facilities (laundry room is I need of a folding table), but other than that everything was great. Staff was more than helpful and approachable. They are soon to be doing a remodel on the building so definitely check with staff before reserving to make sure what amenities are open and what condition or stage of remodel are they in if that type of thing bothers you.

I liked the gated parking lot that made me feel safe, The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The visitors were very friendly as well. My room was nice and clean! I would definitely stay here again when I come back too Memphis! And I will also tell friends and family as well . Thank you for a great nights rest!

I wish their would have been more restaurants closer too the hotel that’s about the only negative thing I have too say and I was disappointed that the pool wasn’t open yet.
