Extended Stay America Suites - Memphis - Airport

All employees are friendly. Renee especially was/is extremely helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself made us feel safe and comfortable to stay at. However, there are a lot of crimes and shootings in the areas around the hotel. There is security that drives around the parking lot as well constantly, so that was good to see.

I've stayed here several times... its convenient for everything and places I need to get to when in Memphis.

I saw two roaches come from the enclosure that holds the microwave. It was after hours,so there's no one that was at the desk to ask for bug spray, so I kept my personal things in my suitcases and up on the shelf in the closet. I normally cook, but that threw me off

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

We had to ask for linens when we needed them. No housekeeping at all. Laminated floors were not clean when we first got there. It's an old building but they try to take care of it. No breakfast even thou its advertised.

The front desk Crystal was WONDERFUL. She went out her way to make sure everyone was comfortable. The moment we entered the facility she made us feel as if we were at home her customer service is definitely a 10/10. The hotel was quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked how it was sooo clean and the ladies at the front desk were sooooo nice and sweet !

It didn’t have smart TV’s and even though there was a way you could mirror you phone to watch it on the TV it didn’t let you even though you buy the extended WIFI

Ashley is awesome and so very helpful,polite and very knowledgeable about everything in the hotel and surrounding area,she makes our stay very pleasurable

The room was nice size, the breakfast was to-go, the needed thicker sheets. But the staff was WONDERFUL! I really enjoyed the staff & they was great with getting me towels & accommodation of what we needed! Very special thank you to Ashley at the front desk, and the Manager Christopher!

The workers were extremely patient and nice. The washer room was nice and clean. The hotel was quiet and in a secluded area, just to my liking. It’s was an okay experience overall. It was cool………………..
