It was good but the staff starting cleaning it up a little before the cut off time and there was not a lot left

I had booked my reservation thru Booking.com. When I arrived the reservation was incorrect and the staff was rude about it. I had the confirmation number and the booking info and she did not care. She charged me extra for the room that was not showing up on her system. Luckily when I let Booking.com know they fully reimbursed me for the room and did an amazing job of making it right for us whereas the employee of the hotel was rude and very unhelpful.

It was a fairly new hotel and the ameneties were nice. I made good use of the fitness room as well as the free breakfast. Breakfast was very good. I liked the choices of entrees and the various drinks available. The fitness room is an okay size. The treadmill was out of order, but they have an eliptical to substitute. The room sizes are pretty good. There is a microwave and fridge in rooms, with shampoo, conditioner and lotion available if needed in the restroom. I loved the mirror that served as a cover for the closet. Room service staff was quite kind and helpful.

There wasn't anything negative about my time there.

The staff was great. The rooms were very clean. Pool was clean as well. Location was awesome. Close to everything we needed. There was always someone at the front desk as well.

Bedding on one of the beds was stained, but I can tell it had been cleaned. The outdoor hot tub was clean but wasn't hot at all. An additional breakfast meat choice would have been good too. The rooms are very small so I see why they have double beds and not queen beds. I'd love to see larger rooms with queen beds. These issues were very minor for me though. Just things I'd wish for in the future. I will definitely stay here again. My husband is working in McKinney for the next 3 months.

the breakfast was good. the night staff was amazing on both nights. my son and I were tired and hungry when we arrived. the staff were very helpful advising us of the closest places to eat and very efficient so we can get to our room quickly. because of their service I would definitely stay again and again. Customer service is important to me. the food places were not too far nor out of the way

it was hard to find at 1st. my GPS said we have arrived, but I did not see it. the pillows were too small and uncomfortable. sleeping was very uncomfortable. if there were more pillows or bigger pillows, it may have been alright.

It was a quiet hotel no issues with Loud noise or anything.

The were going to over charge me for the room (I reserved it on Booking.com) and they said they would refund me; I received the refund on Monday 12/05/22 but the on the 12/07/22 they charge again for the amount they refunded. Still waiting for my money or an explanation.

Dog friendly with no extra charge!

Our air conditioner was leaking on the floor so we put our ice bucket under it and had to empty it 2-3 times a day. our room had black gnats constantly no matter how many we killed. We kept our trash emptied so I don’t know where they came from. they were there from the time we checked in to check out.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was very nice. I won't book thru booking.com again because they don't give a option to get a senior,military or commercial discount. I work hard for my commercial and senior discounts so I think I'm entitled to getting them.

Couldn't get a senior or commercial discount as u was told by the manager that booking.com locked in the price.

I checked in at 10:00pm and the night manager was very helpful. He remembered me when I returned the following night.

Not a problem, but due to my late arrival, I had to park in a darker area than I would have preferred. Certainly not the hotel's fault, but maybe better lighting would help.

Recently remodeled. Very nice and super comfortable beds. Management and staff are great always Very helpful and friendly .

The pillows could be upgraded to something other than feather down pillows. I bring my own . I hate being poked by feathers, but the bed is nice!

I liked the location,complimentary breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms.

That the television wasn’t working the first day I arrived.Also the elevator stopped working my last two days,and I was on the fourth floor.
