It was clean and convenient.

I asked for a detailed receipt of the charges. Was told I would receive this from booking.com did not. The charges were about $100 more than anticipated and I have no way of knowing if this was valid or not. The pillows suck but that’s a personal preference thing.

Did not eat breakfast. One bottle of water for two days and coffee for both mornings were all that was given us in our stay. There were two of us in the room and if I had booked the room on a nightly basis at least I would have received one more bottle of free water. But I would call this poor hospitality and a very poor value for the amount that had to pay .

Due to Covid not many people at this hotel and the restaurant was not open due to that I am guessing. We were welcomed nicely and told about places to visit in the area as well as places to eat which helped us out so we were not searching on our phones trying to find a place. Tried a restaurant about 10 minutes away from the hotel and it was an excellent little cafe - we even got a dessert which we never do....haha. We actually stayed at the hotel on our way to Texas and on the way back from Texas a week later, my husband wanted to get back to your hotel and stay there again.... got some good sleep and the hostess was available if we needed anything or had questions. Due to Covid and not a lot of people at the hotel, the pool closed early one night and we would have liked to swim, but totally understand why it was closed. Maybe next time??

it was a nice clean property. would definitely stay here again.

I am a cold room sleeper and the ac would never kick in because I guess it’s February. I got hot at night and lost some sleep. Also it was difficult to get the shower temperature right. the adjustment knob didn’t work well at all.

one spot on my sheets but not much just the fact that I saw it, no trash bags in bins had to use my own & parking lot being so far away

The location was easy to get to and the room was clean and comfortable.

There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Its a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the entrance which was a bit difficult for those with difficulty walking.

Friendly staff, a few snacks available, although expensive.

advertised restaurant not available. I choose this restaurant specifically for the availability of room service for my disabled husband who would be at the hotel Alone during the day. at least I had door dash.

Price was good and food was also very good. Restaurant was nice.

They never sent anyone to clean the room, DESPITE us asking for it at least two times. They also didn’t leave coffee every day, only sometimes.

extremely modern and high-class looking! Appreciated the ample room to pull up and drop off belongings and quick check in. plenty of parking in the rear, high ceilings made the room feel larger. Front desk clerks really cared about your stay.

Best are a bit stiff for side sleepers. Hotel pillows have little-no support. No fan = room got warm/stuffy quickly. Location of thermostat meant there was an annoying green glow directly where you slept

The staff was very professional and answered my questions as will as go above and beyond to make sure I had an exceptional stay. I proposed to my girl friend on this trip and will never forget how incredible the staff made the experience for me. It appears you only hire the top professionals in all areas of operations.
