The front desk took us in right away. That was awesome we had three antsy children ready to get rested front desk person was a guy very sweet and said this won't be long that is what I wanted to hear the rooms are just gorgeous make u feel at home very roomy enough room for my family we were well taken care of and because of this I'm going back this is the only hotel that has truly taken care of us

The location, the cleanliness, the manager on the morning of Friday Nov. 25 was all very helpful.

I called at about 11pm to be sure that the room was paid for and all was set for the family to check out. I booked the room on the phone with my credit card, for friends and wanted to be sure THEY were not charged. The gals that talked with me on Thursday, Nov. 24 told me that I must come physically to the hotel and show them my card, in order to pay. This ended up NOT being true, and caused much inconvenience to get there from some distance, the next morning.

The front desk very respectful even cracked a smile. The beds are so comfortable 😌 When we asked for towels we got them right away no interruption. Breakfast when we wake up for my kiddos school they can eat before they go. Room are very clean and no stains smells sanitized very good for kids to come along.

Need a dryer and washer like 3 each

The toilet had a leak,but it wasn't nothing major. Breakfast could have been better with more variety. But overall a good stay. This is an older hotel,and a outside wall was missing it's stone work due to poor construction and a recent storm,but was in the process of being repaired.

Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, it was the same thing every day. Staff was very much appreciated for going above and beyond their duties as front desk clerks, cooks, servers, etc.

It was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and attentive. breakfast was included and was reasonably good.

Stayed 4 nights and the room never got cleaned once. Did not get clean towels. Maybe because of Covid I had to ask for service or towels but didn’t bother.

We stayed for a baseball tournament and it was very convenient. It wasn’t too bad for a one night stay but it could have been better if I was able to get sleep, I know that the employees can’t control certain guests in every situation but they could have at least try.

There was hair on the pillows and some leftovers in the mini fridge. I’m not sure what was going on but there was a lot of noise all night long. Sounded like someone was running around & jumping in the room above us. We told the person at the service desk about the noise & they said that it was probably the housekeeper. They didn’t seem to care that someone was literally jumping & running up & down the up stairs room all night long. I finally fell asleep at 4am... so I didn’t get much rest.

The hotel was centrally located, the staff was nice and the facilities were decent. The property was a little worn and there was a fence around it. A little disappointed in that.

I didn’t eat from breakfast bar but otw out I grabbed some real good cold fruit juice

The elevators are super hot and have a bad smell but overall stay was great! Jacuzzi also wasn’t working and won’t get hot

The hallway and elevator carpet dirty and the hotel room door wouldn’t lock properly and Tv was old.
