Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas/Allen

The evening staff were awesome, felt very welcome. Breakfast was great both days, good selection of hot food.

Our situation changed very early the first morning and we tried with the hotel and Booking.com to try to cancel our 2nd night as we no longer needed to stay. neither one were willing to help so we stayed. A credit for a future stay would have been great. 🤷‍♀️

We loved the separate rooms and extra space. The room seemed clean and newer. Also the full kitchen in the room suite was very much appreciated, since for families this makes things more comfortable. The full hot breakfast was also great! Orange juice was fresh, and biscuit gravy was thick.

We got the King suite. We wish the bathroom had 2 entrances so the kids didn't have to keep coming back through our room. Wish they had under cooked the eggs a bit, they were overcooked pieces of rubber.

perfect location, clean and value for money

we informed different staffs on duty for vegan breakfast options but no one managed to arrange it, even bread wasn’t vegan/vegetarian suitable so during our 1 week stay, kids couldn’t eat even bread and Jam.

The location of the hotel was great since everything was within 1 mile distance (restaurants, gas stations and stores) along being able to attend the event, great value and breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel!

My only complaint would be that I went to the front desk and had asked for some fresh towels and to empty the trash bins. They gave us the fresh towels, however they didn't empty the trash bins.

Great hotel for families! Comfortable beds, large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen in room. Very friendly staff, sufficient breakfast and outstanding location walking distance to many restaurants, a bowling arcade and any shops one would need!

couch and carpet had a few stains but you could tell they'd been cleaned and everythign else in the room was spotless

Been to this hotel several times. Every time has been excellent. I love the location. Love the rooms and the staff is always kind and helpful. It has gone up price wise (so has everything else) but if I am going to pay a lot at least the quality of my stay is better than other places that are the same or cheaper.

I wish I could have stayed longer!!!! There was nothing that I don't like.

The size of the room was amazing. The hotel was beautiful. The man that checked us in and out was great. The breakfast was plentiful. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, turkey sausage, and all the other normal stuff like cereal, bagels, and waffles.

Nothing! Everything was great

- positive staff, happy to help - wifi was stable and fast - silent room

- unable to open the window, just AC - average breakfast, can be better, with more dairy products, - bed was less comfortable - nothing for kids around walking distance.

We liked the breakfast buffet. We liked the closeness of our room to the elevators.

The beds are uncomfortable

The Room had everything you need to get by and Dan at the reception, was fantastic. The location is pretty close to the malls too.

My room didn't get cleaned even once in the 5days I stayed 😒
