I just moved to Tx from Phoenix. The property is very clean and smells good when u walk in. Tyler checked in my husband and I in and was so kind and helpful. She was the best!!! All if the staff are friendly. The hotel sits off by itself which is great but there are a lot of shopping nearby

They provide free washing which is great but some residents will take your clothes out of the washer so you just have to watch your stuff or wash them later in the evening when it's not so busy. So that's not the hotel's fault. I did see a couple of roaches but again that may be from other guests living here for extended periods because hotel is really clean.

It was very quiet most of the time. Maid service was very helpful and friendly. Facility was kept clean and organized. I can assure future guests, this hotel is a great place to stay.

We had a ice storm and the temperatures dropped down to single digits. The heater had some cold air that drifted in through the unit. So had to turn on the heater so it would run all the time to keep the draft out.

Miss Tia was so professional and friendly. She provides excellent customer service. The room was very clean and comfortable

The water pressure in the shower was pretty low and went cold after a few minutes. It eventually went back to hot.

Customer Service Greeted Professionally. Entrance was Good coming into Faucility. As I turn corner to get to Elevator and exiting Elevator paying close attention to Dirty borders and what seem to look like while needed Vacuuming. I could Only wonder what my Room was like. I was very Surprise to how Clean and Fresh my Room was. I was very Thankful for a Clean/ Fresh and Comfortable Bed.

I liked everything. The room was clean and comfortable. This was my second time staying at the hotel and the staff was pleasant. I stayed at the hotels because I take public transportation and the trains were operating on a limited schedule so I decided to stay close to work.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Casmier was very attentive and great! He was with someone when I walked in and kept expressing how sorry he was I had to wait. He was very courteous and thorough

No parking spots available :-( Got back from bowling and there was nowhere to park. Ended up having to park way out. I think I was in the other hotel’s parking lot

Great location with beautiful rooms. The rooms have full couches, table, and kitchen. Very nice with everything you need. The staff was very accommodating and nice! Lots to do in the area. Would definitely go back to stay here again.

This is a pet friendly hotel as are most in the area. Now although I do love pets, me and my daughter are extremely allergic. The hotel went above and beyond to look back in their logs to choose a room for us that did not have many or no animals. They also made sure to do an extra cleaning in the room.

Everyone was very helpful and professional, Jay is also a treasure and housekeeping is on point.

Desiree is the absolute Best front desk clerk that I have had the pleasure of doing business with during my travels in Texas. It was because of her kindness and professionalism that I booked an entire week with this location.

Nothing the hotel can fix. Everything in their control is good

Immaculately clean, really good in-room amenities, super comfy bed and pillows. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Only complaints were 1) the elevator wasn't working (but it should be fixed by now), 2) the large gap between the door and the floor subtracts a bit from the feeling of privacy.
