Economic, all amenities needed, great breakfast Clean and hospitable Friendly staff I like the Eco-friendly idea of soap & shampoo & conditioner dispensers - well done. The small bottles look great but we have too much plastic on the planet!!

TV - not friendly to use. Good idea to have Netflix available to sign in: next time give your guests a heads up to bring the password with!! Please discontinue the bluff of supplying Wireless! Rather charge more up front so I can watch a movie on my laptop!! The pancake machine is a great idea but horribly slow. It was out of order my first morning, then over crowded with wads of people the second morning and I finally got a couple the 3rd morning there!!

The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were great! I loved that the containers were full size and not the tiny bottles usually provided. The breakfast was great as well. The customer service provided by the staff was exceptional.

The only thing we did not like was that the room was not cleaned on a daily basis. All we really needed was for the trash to be taken out. We requested it, twice, but it was never done. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights with the trash still in the room. I guess that there needs to be better communication between the staff on that.

I liked our stay because first, the staff was very nice and hospitable, and then the room was very neat and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great and the water pressure was just right. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for one night.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel.

Not huge, not small. 4 floors. Minutes away from Walmart was the best. Place to fill my water bottle with ice.

Though my credits card was charged upfront months before when I book, Hilton charged the whole amount again and said the 2nd amount would be removed in a few days.

The bed was not comfortable also room service knocked multiple times early morning and when we said no thank you he kept trying to talk to us through the door asking if we were staying another night while we were trying to sleep. this was hours before our check out.

My husband and I had never stayed at the TRU hotel so, I wanted to give it a try. Loved the ‘Happy’ and upbeat decor as we walked in, and the staff was wonderful! Had a very safe feel to the environment as well where the hotel is located.

More pillows on the bedding would’ve been nice. Also, Wasn’t aware I would have to pay a deposit on at the time of check in. I noticed two pending charges on my online banking. One with the deposit and one without. Hopefully one of the charges falls off by the next business day. I will continue to keep an eye on it…

in recent years it has been disappointing with most hotels specially cleanliness, but this exceeded our expectation and the breakfast place was neat we are please with the cleaning crew sanitizing and be attentive. since the pandemic we focus on sanitary and Tru By Hilton this location so far is amazing. please keep it up and we definitely be back.

The manager Mr. Patel was extremely helpful, polite, kind and accommodating.

I was charged for an extra day even after I notified the night staff 24hrs in advance that my check out day would be 2.19.23 instead of my original check out date of 2.20.23.

I have stayed at this location twice. The facility is perfect as far as hotels are concerned. With the updated modern feel it makes the best use of space. The shower was great. The bathroom clean. The room had a simple elegance to it. The staff were so nice and each of them connected with me in a personal way. If I had to describe my tastes and preference in a hotel, it would be this location. Great job!
