Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen

Breakfast was adequate, though the staff was very helpful and friendly. The Front Desk was always welcoming and friendly. When I requested a room change, they helped me immediately.

The noise of the highway made sleeping difficult. There was also a noisy mini-fridge that sounded like a leaking pipe. Both of these issues were brought up to the staff and dealt with immediately.

Easy access and close to many things especially the restaurant next-door with the famous bacon. When I checked in the staff person was exceptional and made sure I had a room away from the freeway to keep the noise down.

location was good - very quiet in the back of the building - and hotel was pretty empty so it was quiet in the hallways as well.

well of course all of us would have preferred room service (maids replenishing things, trash emptied etc) but we all have to make the best of the situation. And the front desk took care of all needs. It seemed a little odd to have to put your trash out in the hallway but it was still doable. I was told on check in if there was anything I needed like clean towels - to just contact the front desk so it all worked out - just different from what most of us are 'used to.' But OK all the same. It would be the same everywhere no doubt.

The coffee maker in my room did not work. The AC was not easy to adjust. Extra blankets would be nice as well. Complimentary breakfast would be a plus also.

Breakfast was good. Location was central to my needs. Room was great especially the microwave and fridge

I attended the INBA event on Sat 2 July and the function room was exceptionally cold! Maybe not as cold next year please.

The breakfast setup was very good, could use slight changes from day to day.

Breakfast price change. I qualified for the senior price. One time it was half price, then the next time about 2 dollars off. I asked and was told things/prices have changed.

Very friendly staff! Very clean comfortable room! would and will stay again. The only thing disappointing was breakfast costing extra!

The guy at the front desk was a fresh of breath air so welcoming as soon as I came in and asked me about my day and what not. The suite was nice. It was on the top floor super quite and comfy bed. Very clean facilities really nice patio and lobby.

Some of the girls that worked there along with a manger weren’t wearing masks when I was checking out. I was required to wear mine, so I thought that was odd.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The lobby is beautiful.

The bathroom had zero ventilation. Air conditioning didn’t go in there and there was no fan to circulate so it was super humid or stinky. There may also be some mold on the ceiling.
