Courtyard by Marriott Austin The Domain Area

I had a short 1 night stay. Overall, it’s a pretty nice hotel. Staff was friendly, Breakfast was okay. There was Milk, Yogurt, Boiled Eggs, Cereal, & ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, a fruit pastry and apples. I wish there were more dairy free options such as oatmeal, but hey, it was free so I’m not really complaining. Again, overall it was a pretty good stay.

The room was relatively clean, except for the pull out table that slides under the desk on the wall that has the office chair. There were a few crumbs on that table so I know it hadn’t been wiped. With COVID it’s a little uncomfortable to see that a surface hadn’t been cleaned. But the rest of the room was pretty clean so I just assume that it was something that was missed due to it being a furniture item that hides underneath another item. It wasn’t enough to make me want to leave, or be upset or anything. Just wanted to share for future reference. Also the temperature dials on the air conditioner were VERY dusty. (Another thing to be mindful of when cleaning the room.)

Friendly staff. Clean room. Great location. Quiet. Nice small balcony with table and chairs.

Charging for cold pastries and coffee???? They had yogurt and fruit for sale too. This is the first time I have ever stayed at a Marriott that did not include "breakfast"

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was fairly quiet most of the time.

I didn't like the balcony view because we were just looking at the roof of the the front of the building and we paid extra for a balcony.

location was perfect for my event that was just a few miles up the road. Great access to stores and food, although I did not get to take advantage of them. Very comfortable bed. Great AC!

Trash on the floor of the elevator. As soon as I got off on the third floor, the carpet was dirty with stains-not a good first impression.

We did enjoy the pool, and location

The pool would not open with room cards - had to find associate every time. And was not open til 11pm like sign said I do not think those are queen beds. I think the are full— quite small

The property is nice and quiet. Easy check in/checkout. Only stayed for the night, but I’d return again

I initially booked a 1 king bedroom, but instead got a double bed. I’m not complaining since it was only me

the beds were very uncomfortable they both had a really bad noticeable dent in the center of the mattress.

I loved the room and the cleanliness. The bed was so soft and comfy. I would definitely recommend this place to stay at for anyone who is in the area.

There was absolutely nothing i didnt like about this hotel or my stay.😁
