Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Arboretum

The stay was amazing and comfortable. The staff never answered the phone when we called the front for towels, but they were very friendly.

I did not like how the jacuzzi smelled like dirty feet and was not enjoyable for us on Sunday night. Also, there was an incident with my boyfriend being walked in on in the restroom in the pool area by some rude man. The door latch was broken and no one knew until that happened, but the dude had the restroom door wide open while my boyfriend was using it and when it turned out that the door latch was broken and would not lock, nothing happened to fix the issue since that was very awkward and felt uncomfortable to him.

the breakfast was amazing and all you can eat and did I mention FREE!

The property it’s self was a little outdated with two slow old elevators with the amount of traffic they get they could use more or updated elevators. The rooms were okay but definitely from 2000s era, the only thing they’ve changed were the tvs definitely not 4K or extremely nice basic cable with grainy views 720i. The mattress was comfortable but you can feel the groove of hundreds of guests slept. The restroom/ shower had pressure but not a good shower head it was like the cheapest shower head from the 90s era. Dark parking lot & the parking fills up really quick after dark. You had to pay for premium Wi-Fi. like bro I’m paying $140 a night or $700 for week and you wanna charge for Wi-Fi.

The hotel and its staff was great. The breakfast was amazing. The cooked to order omelet was was great as well. The hotel was in a secluded location but near stores so I could take my wife shopping. The room was spacious and comfy as well.

The ceiling in the bathroom was about 4 inches from my head. The tvs in the rooms need to be updated. The elevator didn't work in the morning and we had to use the employee elevator to go up and down, which was not horrible but awkward. The bed was a little firm for me but that is just me. Other than that it was a great stay.

Convenient, good breakfast

Traditional Happy hour required drink vouchers - never ran into this at the property before. It didn’t limit our drinks but it was a pain to keep track of. We stayed at an Embassy property in Denton 2 weeks ago and didn’t have the same requirement.

Customer service was top-notch as always.

The style of the room wasn't to my taste. Yes, it was nice and clean. However, not very modern. For example, the TVs were old with no streaming options. As well as a video montage of how to use a remote that was no longer in use for either television.

Everything about our stay was wonderful from the moment we walked in until we checked out. Breakfast was SO good. Room was clean & comfortable. You can tell the staff here take their jobs seriously and go above and beyond to make sure guests are happy.

The room was very roomy. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the walk in shower. I didn't like the puddle of water it left on the whole bathroom floor.

The pillows were way too soft. When we took showers the whole bathroom floor got soaked. It needs a shower door so that doesn't happen. A curtain did not work.

did not like that we didn’t have extra pillows,blankets,and towels noted on reservation …noticed they had forgot then went to ask property was out 😕 rooms also need a huge update beds felt disgustingly old especially pull out noticed horrific stains Loved omlet bar ❤️

The Ambiance - when you walk in you are greeted by calming water features, dim lighting and swans The Staff - staff is so warm and friendly - customer service was amazing The location was perfect because it's not downtown but but still close enough to get a feel of the city

It's a little dated (That was my only issue) - alarm clock had no aux ports (I had to go purchase a speaker) -TV - fuzzy picture (not clear, looked like 90'sbasic cable on some chanels) - can't stream anything. Unless you bring a converter, fire stick or laptop Most hotels now you can check out from the tv - popcorn ceilings (Not a big deal but that's a dated interior feature)

Our room was very clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. We always stay at Embassy Suites when we travel. I love the bedrooms separated from living space. Thank you for providing and excellent stay.
