Everything I needed for a weekend stay and really happy with the price: - Free wifi with good signal - Fast check-in and out - Clean and spacious room with full kitchen - Free parking with plenty of spots for small and large cars - If you travel with car, it's 10-15min from downtown Austin and conveniently located near grocery stores and the highway

The room was big enough for a good stay, as well as the position nearby the domain area and not too far from the downtown area either

The first room given was smelling a lot of smoke. As soon as I communicated to the staff, the room has been changed and the situation has been adequate.

Easy in and out. Clean. Very accommodating staff even in their training process. Great communication from what experienced between managers and trainees!

That my stay was over and I had to leave.

The staff was nice and the facility was very clean and comfortable.

After booking I called to ask if there was a pool and was told yes. I was also told that the sister property next door also had a pool we could use. After checking in we were told there was no pool and we could not use the pool next door. Very disappointing.

The location is good. The rooms are nicely remodeled, but the appliances are shabby and takes away from the nice room. The halls are just okay, as is the elevator. The quality of the rooms do not match the trip from the front door to your room. Also, security is not good. Parking is dark and somebody was there complaining his car was stolen and wanted to review the security tapes. Front desk personnel told him that there aren't any cameras. Also, many times over my three night stay, my key stopped working and I had to ask the front desk to reprogram. I was only asked what room I was in, but never for any identification. That made me feel a bit uneasy.

Good facility; clean; very helpful and responsive staff; free washers & dryers; convenient and safe location.

The fire alarm went off on our last 5 nights.

The price was reasonable. The room was big and kitchen facilities were provided. Car parking was available close to the entrance.

Our room was not cleared because of the lack of manpower.

Room was perfect. A home away from home. Practically a small studio apartment. Big shower and bathroom. Clean kitchen, bathroom, and room. Available pots, pans, and silverware. Over all it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

Location is very far north but there are still things to do around the location. There was no pool or complimentary breakfast. The halls of the hotel were very hot (room temp was nice).

Gym room smells super clean. Everything was clean and comfy. You can tell they do a really good job with up keeping the place. We had a kitchen so it was similar to a Airbnb stay without all the extra fees.

a few of the furniture pieces could use touching up where fabric is peeling and there was lots and lots of trash that was not taken out the whole time we were there
