The staff were super friendly, nice, and helpful! It was our first time in Austin and they provided great advice. And the front desk and breakfast staff were always friendly, upbeat, and willing to help. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The outdoor pool was excellent and it was great that it was located in the shade of trees. There was great outdoor seating for breakfast (which was especially important for us since we were traveling with our dog).

Loved the price for an actual 2 bed/2bath room with a kitchenette. Very spacious and breakfast was actually pretty good. Even my picky 2 year old ate the breakfast! Will be our place to stay as a family when we come to Austin.

Hallways smell weird but it had no effects in the rooms.

multicultural breakfast, almond milk & cane sugar, kimchi & nori, comfy beds, enough space, good enough kitchen, HOT water & functional thermostat, quiet halls, NICE back patio with 2 fire pits & bbq grill. cold water upon entry with fruit to create vitamin water. Jordan's customer service was super on point. Her empathy statements and attention to detail made it easy to forgive small glitches. Security on site. The parking lot felt safe and clean. QUALITY multicultural staff.

with tax, paid $120 per night. A week-long stay discount should definitely be more like $90 per night. There were plenty of available rooms. Ever since the freeze, the main back patio door not reading the keycard- even for the managers.

Location was ideal for activities we had planned. Breakfast was awesome. Lots of parking. Staff was pleasant.

Property needs a general clean, hallway carpets are dirty. We had a problem with the AC unit and were told that maintenance would come and fix it, but then told the next evening that maintenance didn’t work till the next day. They did move us to another room, and gave a discount for the room for those two nights. The night clerk that checked us in and out, seriously needs some customer service training. She was condescending, and very abrupt. She was really the only issue we had with our stay.

location is great for access to Domain and Arboretum, pool area is very nice and breakfast/coffee is awesome. On top of having traditional baked goods, cereals and hot items, they had kimchi and steamed rice for organization that was staying there! breakfast opens at 6:30a (coffee bar was usually open at 6) and on the last day when my sons and I had to leave at 6:15a the staff setting up was super helpful letting us grab some baked goods and fruit to go with a smile on his face and wishing us safe travels.

AC was pretty loud but it was over 100 degrees everyday of our trip

I loved the kitchen. It was nice to just step out the bedroom and make a coffee. Doors to the bedroom were great for privacy. The suite temperature was fresh. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled like flowers, very refreshing. A tv in the living room and another at the bedroom was awesome. The outdoor sitting areas were very pleasant and relaxing. The channel line up was very nice, with a good variety of shows to pick from. The large window in the living room and bedroom were fantastic. The bed was very large and very comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety, and tasted yummy. The staff was very very kind and helpful. There were no drinks like coffee and tea available in the suite at any time.

Kitchen staff behavior

We arrived too early for check-in, but we need to change before our business conference began. The front desk attendant, a gentleman, was EXTREMELY accommodating. Also, the breakfast attendant was above and beyond any hotel breakfast expectation. Our group made the comment he was the best restaurant employee that we encountered while visiting Austin. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable, my boss said they were better than the beds at the Hilton that he stayed in last week.

The Staff was great, location excellent, I was traveling with my senior dog so I wanted her to be at peace while we where gone, she absolutely loved it and also that it was pet friendly and didn’t charge for her… also super important the parking situation because we traveled by car so we wanted to have parking available at all time. We absolutely love it. We also love the kitchen, we are very healthy people we meal prep and eat clean so it was very important for us to have some place that could offer us that, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Sams, Costco was super near and the grill in the premises was superb… we loved everything. Definitely recommend and would come back.

The A/C wasn’t working quite well… so it didn’t helped us with our allergies at night time.

I loved everything the only problem I saw was there were homeless people around the outlying areas of the property I understand it’s not in their control since the city is overrun with homeless but it’s still such a nice and safe hotel that seeing a homeless camp behind the property was a bit unnerving.
