Drury Inn & Suites Austin North

The breakfast was such a great variety of choices & the supper was delicious 😋 staff was able to suit my needs on room location. Parking lot needed a card to get into Parking lot limited through traffic to guests only. Rooms were very quit to be this close to I-35. All the staff was very accommodating and all had smiles on their faces which is a good sign of happy workers says alot of management, which was reflected in this hotel. We will be back!!

parking lot was very dark. But spoke wit front desk, she said she would call maintenance within 10 minutes parking lot was lit up so really not a true issue. But wanted to mention to say jst how good 👍 staff was& actually took care of the guest..

The Inn in itself was a super chill environment. No excess noise or rowdy folks. I instantly felt safe & comfortable the moment I walked in. It is lovely on the inside and the rooms were very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and informative. Everything was functional! Every door, elevator, and key card, the microwave, A/C, and mini fridge all worked. Also the location was perfect for all my destinations. I can't recall the last time I had such an easy stay at a hotel! I will absolutely stay here again!

If I had to give one gripe, it would be that the window was a bit cloudy with hard water/environment residue.

The hotel was Immaculate inside and out. The parking lot was very well lit and secure. The room was exceptionally clean and the air quality was the freshest I've ever experienced! The morning breakfast buffet has anything and everything you could think of and it's an extremely good quality and abundant variety of choices hot and cold. Evening front staff Jack was amazing and a pleasure to work with. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were very soft. The room was very quiet and great quality Furnishings for a very lovely room.

I found it difficult and confusing as to how to get to the hotel from off of the freeway but that's due to the configuration of the exits.

We had a king suite with fold our bed. It was more than I expected…large with plenty of room to move around., very clean Worth all the amenities mentioned prior. Breakfast was very good with many fresh items to choose from, hot and cold. The premises were clean and the location is in a short walking distance from three well known restaurants such as Chili’s, Papasito’s, and others. excellent location. The dining area was really large with several different seating areas to choose from. each has a television.

The dining area is on one and of the building, so people staying at the other end of the hotel has a very long way to walk. I would suggest having all handicap room closer to the dining area. My elderly parents and I were at the far end away from the dining area. neither can walk that far without becoming out of breath, so I made a couple trips Bringing their food to them. This is not a complaint at all…I got my steps in. ☺️ It’s just an observation and recommendation.

The staff was wonderful!! from the time we arrived until we left, every staff that we spoke with exhibited GREAT customer service. BIG Kudos to the staff. The room was clean and beds were comfortable!

There are no locking doors in the king suite w/the bedroom. Not ideal for parents trying to have privacy. There was a swarm of folks getting food. Felt very crowded at dinner.

Our room was really spacious and everything was super clean, super friendly staff, felt super safe in parking lot ~use your key card to get into lot,fenced all around. Their “happy hour” spread could have easily been supper. They had an Austin beer on tap🤗. We had to leave by 4:30 am so didn’t make breakfast but I bet it was great. Did I say how nice the staff treated me? Super nice! This is our first time at a Drury Inn. I hope they are all like this one as we will def be looking for these in our travels.

coffee in room was weak but that is not gonna be a deterrent to come back.

We loved the room. Because of the door separating the bedroom & the living area, my husband was to stay up late watching football while my son & I went to bed.

When you replace the minifridges, upgrade to ones with an actual freezer section - we would have liked to keep our ice packs frozen.

I love how friendly the entire staff was they went above and beyond to be so nice and tell you goodmorning and hello, also the food was awesome with so much different choices and drinks, and the kickback with free drinks just made this my new favorite hotel!! Not sure who the manager is but they need a raise! This was my first time to stay at any Dury hotel so not sure how other locations are but this one was great with every accommodation you would need and extermely clean and quite! The room was very comfortable with soap/shampoo dispenser in bathroom and hand sanitizer dispenser around the whole hotel. You can tell from the moment you walk into the hotel till you walk out of the hotel that your not just another dollar for them they care about you and care about their hotel.

I like how polite and helpful staff is. The room clean and excellent service. Manager makes sure everything is in great shape. I wish a manager like that in all my stayed hotels. I enjoyed the great free breakfast, and the Free 5:30 pm dinner and margarita drinks. I'll be looking in staying at the Drury's hotels across the country and hoping is as great as this location. Thank you Drury.

Nothing that I can think, because everything was great.

Breakfast is very good, and the best thing is that they also have free drinks and food in the afternoon, so basically you get your complete meals in the hotel included. Also there's a soda machine 24/7 in case you need it.

The only con is that is not located near to downtown, but you have many things around (there's a Chili's next to the hotel) and you have other options. So if not being in downtown is not a blocker for you, this is your option.
