The room was nice and the cookies were yummy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking garage was dark and far away, especially as a lone woman. Just not a safe feeling. There is also a fee to park which we didn’t know about. The room was FAR away from the front of the hotel and had a deserted feel. The lobby was nice. I was with my son who had recently had a medical emergency so I was by myself walking around a lot (too far for him to walk from the garage). They are currently doing construction as an FYI.

Quiet, unique architecture, pretty pool and courtyard area, fairly clean, pretty comfortable. Probably the nicest hotel in this area of the city but that is a low bar.

Layout of the building feels like you trek far to everything. Needs another set of elevators to the main lobby. Parking garage is inconvenient and pretty pricey considering you don't have any other parking option. Elevator in the parking garage felt like it was going to breakdown at any minute. Air conditioning felt inadequate. Lighting fixtures felt like they are more about style than function.

The breakfast hot, plentiful and reasonably priced. The location was easily accessible. The staff as very pleasant and eager to assist.

I didn't like that Booking.com had never sent my reservation to the property and when I called I was told that there was an error but I was never notified. I was at risk of not having a room to stay in.

Nice set up pool etc

Breakfast should've been complementary parking cost $20 I couldn't get from the parking area directly to my hotel lobby. I had to go down into the hotel when I should be able to just go right from the garage into my corresponding floor for the hotel.

The room was very big. The bed was sooooo comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The complimentary cookies are awesome. The bathroom had LED lights around the mirror... nice touch for the ladies putting on makeup. I love a hot shower, and the water was a great temperature. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The mini fridge was a nice size.

The price for parking is $18 per day. The pricing at the hotel was higher than the pricing on Booking.com. Asked the night staff for extra towels, and never received them. I asked the house keeper, and she assisted. You have to ask for housekeeping to come daily during the stay on the weekend. No microwave in the room. There is a microwave for each floor to use on your assigned floor by the ice machine.

Staff in general! I would highlight Jackie on the Front Desk and a kind lady on the Restaurant. ps: There is a beautiful/amaizing Janis Joplin painting on the aisle between parking lot and hotel entrance! Spend some seconds checking it out!!

The property is old but it is in very good shape. New painting, carpet, furniture and etc

The receptionist who checked me in, handled my complaints with professionalism and, most of all, KINDNESS. I wasn't rude or loud. But, I did catch her off guard. I really wish that I had written her name down in order to express my appreciation for her calm and pleasant manner. She not only deserves a raise. But most importantly, a promotion.

Free cookies! Cleanliness, room size, secure parking. Breakfast was really good.

Poor location for the thermostat to be next to the vent, the room was definitely not at the temperature the thermostat read. I had the setpoint at 60 degrees in order to get the room near 70 degrees. The bed felt like my feet were more elevated than my head, I felt like I was sliding into the headboard.

The hidden fridge inside the tv unit was an unexpected but welcome surprise. All the staff was so polite and friendly. Our view of the pool was so pretty and we appreciate the welcome desk letting us check in early since we had arrived several hours ahead of schedule and needed an afternoon nap before the evening's plans.

The pool closed earlier than we expected so we didn't get a chance to use it at the end of a very hot day. Also our bathtub would not hold water so we had to keep the water running just to keep it partially full.

Like that it had its own parking garage, pool and restaurant.

In that same parking garage, my friend’s car was broken into. So not cool.
