Sleep Inn & Suites Austin – Tech Center

Pretty much everything. We booked this hotel last minute after we canceled our first booked reservation at another Booking.com hotel in which we were very uneasy, the other was trash! When we pulled into the parking lot, I felt so much relief! The hotel and staff over all are great! Definitely worth the 10 min drive from central. They were able to accommodate our late check out request without hesitation, which is huge for me! You can count on us returning to this location as we travel to Austin every two weeks! See you guys soon!

Parking is limited if you arrive after a certain time. We got in at a very late hour.

The room was very quiet. The bed linens were especially nice. The location was very convenient.

The shower head put out almost no water. The breakfast was OK, but varied tremendously depending upon which lady was working. The upholstery was tired and the bathroom was very basic. To be fair, the rate was very good.

Front desk lady Bianca was absolutely amazing. Able to get me in the same room after a work situation has me staying an extra day after I’d already checked out. She was SO helpful getting me situated with parking & everything else I needed.

Breakfast was great, bed was comfy, very close to all of our locations, free parking, and quiet. Personally I also felt safe!

in our room we had a walk in shower rather than bathtub, okay for adults but not families with kiddos

Comfortable, clean room. Front desk staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast items weren't fully stocked. Food was cold. Shower had no door or shower curtain. No complimentary toiletries in the room when we first arrived. Toiletries stocked the second day.

I like the room nice and clean and the staff was wonderful except for the man that work the front desk evening shift.

Well there was one man that worked the front desk he was. Very rude my sister and mom were visiting for a little bit we sat in the lobby which there in the lobby was a TV. He went and put the TV real loud we could barely hear each other talk it was so loud so my family members end up leaving. The man went and sat in the front desk .I know he was trying to get rid of us . I felt like he just wanted us to leave the lobby . I was very upset with him . I wanted to say something but held back .It would of been a perfect stay but he ruined our last night stay.The 1st two nights were awesome the ladies in the front desk in the morning were wonderful so sweet and kind so was the lady in the kitchen and the house keepers were so nice as well.

immediate location didn’t provide a ton of dining options, but we knew that beforehand.

The best was Mrs lupita she was the breakfast room she smile and very friendly she make my day thank you so much for you hard work

Good size room , bathroom and shower arrangement

I am a non smoker, my room smelled like a chimney when I arrived. Went to breakfast and they were out of many items by 7:00 am.
