I enjoyed the secluded area yet close to restaurants and shopping centers area it's located in. The manager , she is very sweet, humble, and truly cares about her customers. The rooms are some of the best I seen in Austin, you can tell they care about cleanliness which is a big plus. All staff is wonderful. Laundry room is a big plus, again also clean.I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The room was exactly what I expected-a room with a semi-comfortable bed and a bathroom. It was well-stocked with towels and the coffee maker worked perfectly, as did the television. Check in was fairly quick even though they were busy.
First, getting to the location takes a bit of maneuvering. The bed and furnishings were dated and in need of an upgrade. The shower water pressure was HORRIBLE - the water barely sprayed out of the shower head at all even though the pressure filling the tub was fine. The location needs night security to keep people not staying at the motel from hanging around outside harassing people that are up early getting ready to leave.

The layout of my room was well thought out, providing max use of the space so a person could feel comfortable in a small space that includes the ability to cook comfortably, eat at a table, and even able to iron clothes.

Well breakfast was not included but the location was surrounded by many restaurants that offered great prices so it was a win/win situation to say the least.
Parking was a bit of a hassle due to limited spots in the particular area I was situated but still plenty of parking options around the property so it was still okay.

The location is about 1/2 blocks off the highway. They put us in building 300 and is was very quiet. The room was quiet and the TV worked. Perfect for an overnight trip.
