FairBridge Inn & Suites Cleburne

Breakfast n location were good. Property grounds needed tending. Unfortunately I was charged double the rate quoted online, could not cancel since I had made the reservations 24 hrs before n I was going to be charged whether I stayed or I left. Staff could not do anything since I had booked with booking .com

That I was charged double for my room. Even the motel clerk had no explanation as to why booking .com charged me twice. Clerk said they don’t even charged that amount for any room they had. I had no choice but to stay since I was already charged even if I stayed or not.

Facility is clean, and the room comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

Took a little time for hot water to get started in shower, and the water pressure wasn't great, but more than sufficient for a good shower. Plenty of hot water once it gets started though.

The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They have a very well lit parking lot. Biscuits and gravy with sausage links and waffles are good to start your day.

Carpets were a little dirty and the countertop in our room was held together with a strip of tape along the edge.

The front desk lady named Judy! I had some things in the room that wasn't right and she kept working on it until it was right, her customer service was great..thank you Judy and I jus wanna say she was busting her tail off doing work, hopefully they see how good of a worker she is and she needs a raise :)

The staff is always friendly when we arrive and leave. They are helpful with extras if needed. It is a decent price for the room, I just think the hotel could use an upgrade.

Some of the things in the room were not that good. The refrigerator was very wobbly, there was a drawer missing handles, and the toilet seat was not set properly. I think the cleanliness could be better, on the last day while packing I saw a roach in the room, that wasn't the last thing I wanted to see.

we love coming here every week, we are constantly taken care of and made sure our stay is amazing every time, they are an amazing staff that I’ve enjoyed getting to know, we love being greeted with there smiles every time we walk through those doors

close food businesses and interstate . But, was very clean

our first day was awesome. on second day elevator was out . Both my husband and I have knee problems and its hard to walk up and down stairs . tried to get a ground floor room . But was told it wasn't possible .

parking was sufficient. close to restaurants, shopping & highway. layout of hotel is large

hotel is on the main road in the city. forget about taking a left onto 174, unless you’re in no hurry. pool looked unkept, but I believe it’s been off limits since Covid.

the location was good. easy to get to. room was spacious and clean. bed was very comfy and the A/C kept the room very cool.

facility has lots of deferred maintenance; windows in our room were all cracked, the pool was green, the grounds were not maintained. towels were old and scarce.

The front desk lady, older lady, was very friendly and welcoming!

We were on the 3rd floor. Our room was right across from the elevator. As soon as we got off the elevator, the hall had a strong cigarette odor!! Our non smoking room did not, but the hallway did. Also the “grab and go” breakfast sack was not the best. I at least expected a muffin in it. We had a small package of chocolate covered donuts We were asked if we wanted juice or water. We said juice. Well, it was a koolaid juice pouch!.
