Thought the location was great. In relation to the conference that I had to attend. The price point was absolutely what I needed. The staff I thought overall was very friendly and welcoming. The shower level was very nice and I enjoyed the design of the shower, very modern and a welcome touch!

I felt like there should have been more variety with the breakfast to go with the waffles that were there. Some kind of sausage and egg combination would have been greatly welcomed. There was lip gloss left behind the head part of the bed, which let me know that there was not a thorough cleaning done of the room. I totally understand that many places are short staffed, but as someone who worked in housekeeping, we were always encouraged to check all of the nooks and crannies of places so that way the room is completely clean. There were also some crumbs left in the bathroom when I arrived that I just cleaned myself and that didn't leave the best impression.

Stayed in double queen on the 4th floor. The room was nice, the bathroom and the Dove products were great. The shower was good. I did not go in the pool, but being that it was indoor was a plus. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was good. Asked and paid for a late check out. Location is good, right off the hghway.

Elevator moved a little slow. No ironing board in room, but I was quickly assisted in obtaining one.

Great layout. Great price. Great greeters at the front desk! Great breakfast!

There is a circular light on the roof right outside the windows of the 4th floor rooms that shines in the room ALL NIGHT LONG. The kids thought it was daytime it was so bright in the room. Also, our location (facing the highway) was just very loud for some reason.

Breakfast was okay but could have been better selection. Hot foods would have been nice, to go along with waffles. Staff was Outstanding, the Manager, Miss, Millie, and the young lady on duty in the evening, all were awesome!

Not too much I didn't like. One elevator was constantly being repaired, but better safe than sorry. everything else was just fine. No other complaint.

i was not told about the cleaning policy… we booked a room for 2 nights and I would have thought that they would come clean and leave us new towels after the first night but no. No one cleaned our room not even brought us clean towels. I called the front desk and the lady told me they don’t clean till the 4th night and that I had to go down for towels which trough me off…

I like this hotel because the rooms are always shiny clean, smell clean, and the rooms will get cold unlike other hotel I've recently stayed.

The toliet is my one true complaint. I had to figure out how to completely flush the toliet. Oh I needed better lighting for putting on my makeup. I had to sit in the window to put my makeup on. Good thing it was a sunny day.

The staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. My request for handicap wheelchair accessible with 2 queen beds was not met so my notes that i placed in system about my accommodation was not transferred properly to the property so I wasn't happy with that.

The lobby is fun and comfortable, and the breakfast bar is kept very clean. Pretty good breakfast, too. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming.

Our room was only cleaned once during a three -day stay.. Not sure if this is staffing-related, but if so, it would have been nice to be advised at check-in

needs minor repairs. room 314, had water stains on the ceiling. on the ceiling Sheetrock tape was missing so it looked like a big crack in the ceiling. AC didn’t cool as well as it should

Very accomodating. We arrived later than our anticipated time. We came around 1:00 in the morning and were exhausted. The sweet lady at the front desk was understanding and very welcoming.

It was really nice to have a free breakfast every morning at the hotel, but I just had wished the hours were longer for those who do tend to sleep in.
