Comfort Suites El Paso West

Friendly staff and hotel and rooms were clean. Good value for money. Our last stay at a Comfort Suites in El Paso about a year ago was not great as the hotel and rooms were really dirty so it was nice to see that they've prioritized this area. We stayed in a double queen suite, and the room was a good size. Location is great as Walmart is close by and there are several restaurants within walking distance. We had no problems with our booking or stay and would stay at this hotel again.

The pool could use attention as it was a bit dirty and the whirlpool had bugs in it. Breakfast was okay, but coffee lovers will be disappointed as it didn't even taste like coffee. They say breakfast is until 9 am, but they are slow on refilling the hot items and stopped before 8:30 am so several guests couldn't get a hot breakfast even though they had arrived for breakfast by 8 am.

everything about the property was great. The staff was really nice.

The other guests were rude and made my kids feel uncomfortable at the pool so they got out that was the reason we chose this place and they didn’t even get to enjoy it.  There were also other guests who complained that our music was too loud when we didn’t even have music playing

I had a late check-out till 3pm. Because of work. And they allowed to do so for extra charge. They always there when you need them. :-)

Absolutely nothing. It was all great!! :-) staff was always so great. Jesus always puts us the in best rooms, and housekeeping that does breakfast is always so friendly and awesome, and the young lady at the desk I didn't quite get her name were all so accommodating and Wonderfull to my family and I and made it easy to bring work with me.

I have come to rely on Comfort Inn for cleanliness, easy access, friendly staff and safety. I was pleased with my stay and the comfort of the room and especially the bed.

I was not sure about breakfast. No one was around to give me directions. I saw cereal, juice, apple, coffee. All of which were good but didn't see a way to make toast or bagels. So not sure if breakfast consisted of anything more than that. But not a big deal, i went to McDonalds and got an egg McMuffin, which was close by, as well as Starbucks.

Your staff was very nice and helpful. Check in and check out was a very easy transition. No waiting. Your staff is very well on there toes. The room was very clean and spacious. I loved it!! I will come again for sure!!

The staff is number one, because they not only worked with me on my payment, but also felt they empathized with me which was a blessing because I was in the process of moving.

The fact that yous don't advertise as much or well as you can. Great location, wonderful staff, and one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in El Paso!

The breakfast was good and the coffee was very good. The overall facilities are excellent.

Comfortable bed, room was clean and noise very low.
