Aloft El Paso Downtown

Historical but upgraded with great modern amenities. Fantastic bathroom with beautiful glass enclosure shower and Dry Bar shower products including shampoo and conditioner. Comfy beds with nice bedding. Very clean and quiet. Front desk staffed by two beautiful and very helpful ladies who could teach courses on customer service! We enjoyed a toasted marshmallow cold brew and delicious muffin for breakfast at the hotel. The hotel bar has many craft beer options and once again the customer service was stellar! I will remember this hotel and will stay there again!

Staff was SO personable and helpful. They made evening easy. Walking distance from GREAT restaurants and loved the valet. Beds were really comfy. Great shower. And VERY pet friendly!

Windows are easy to look in from the street... they're easy to keep screens down, but I would have liked to have more light in the room.

Our stay was very warming very comforting very relaxing it’s a small upscale modern hotel looks like it has some recent updates and renovations for the price there could’ve been a continental breakfast available it’s in the middle ofDowntown is close to food gas but no shopping the room views were nice your staff was excellent again it’s small so there was only I say six rooms to a floor we were on the 11th floor. The room was big enough for four people on the bathroom was really nice updated chic I love the window shades that were automatic push button overall excellent day excellent value staff is very nice and friendly

For the price of continental breakfast would’ve been nice

property was conveniently located close to restaurants and San Jacinto Plaza. everyone working at the property was very pleasant. The guy working valet the night we arrived (Adam) was extremely helpful and nice. Bathroom was a nice size.

no complaints. Just be aware that you are staying downtown and being so close to restaurants, bars, etc… you might hear some noise coming down from the street level.

Took me 30 minutes to find parking near hotel. The hotel should have available parking for customers.

Everything. The location was great, the staff was very attentive, the rooms were clean with a great view. And besides the band playing (Saturday night) it was quiet in our room. I could hear other guests upstairs or in the hall. The beds were so soft and inviting too.

The only thing I can say is that the bath and shower gel they offered was out in the shower. Oh and parking was kind of hard if you didn't want to pay for valet.

Very clean and modern in an older building. Check in was easy. Rooms were clean, fresh and comfortable. Bathroom and shower also clean. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars and other attractions.

Comfortable bed, walking distance to some great bars and coffee shops, and valet parking!

The shower could use a little TLC. Our shampoo holder was held up with blue painters tape and there were some corners that looked questionable.

The property takes on the reuse of a fantastic Art Deco Building, nicely remodeled , therefore you get the vibe of a boutique venue. We did enjoy the setting and the location quite a bit.

Even when room are adequately lay out (a bit on the small size) noted there was just to much noise coming from the bathroom into the bedroom. I do not think is terribly bad, since noises from the corridor or other guest rooms are properly isolated, so you get good privacy.

Location is good in downtown El Paso - if you have to be there for some particular reason. The staff is super helpful. I had problems with my booking reservation and they fixed it all for me.

For some reason nobody cleaned my room for 3 days, but it was really clean to begin with so it really wasn't a big deal!
