Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott El Paso

It was not the best. 7 am is to late for some. It was cold. The biscuits were fresh,but the gravy was not even warm. The eggs were not eggs and were not warm. I saw many uneaten plates with food in the trash. There was no meat. Waffles and cold cereal was good.

The lights in the buffet came on at 7am. Should have been earlier for breakfast. The young girl put the food items out and then disappeared! The items that should have been warm were cold.

I liked that they provided breakfast. although I wish it was available sooner than 7 am. I also like that they had full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash,

I didn’t like that they charged you a $10 parking fee. it should be included with the rooms rate. Also, I could hear a lot of the noise coming from other rooms, hall, and some traffic.

My wife and I have stayed here 3 times and will definitely come back! Friendly accommodating and efficient staff! Very clean. Good breakfast despite the COVID pandemic!

The sofa pullout bed was very old and uncomfortable. Some of the pool equipment needs to be replaced or removed. There is a mechanism used for assisting handicapped guests get in and out of the pool but it is incredibly rusted.

Never seen waffles in cellophane, breakfast surely nothing to brag about. Glad they had yogurt; cereals were all sugar sweet....nothing healthy. Location was good; walking distance to restaurants was nice. AC was noisy! Liked having a frig. $10 parking fee was a surprise; didn't like that fee. Room was clean and bed was good. Would like hotels to put 2 luggage racks in room.

The room was very clean and spacious! The staff was Awesome!!! The staff was very helpful, courteous, friendly, and professional!!! The hotel took COVID-19 precautions which was awesome, they had you make a reservation for the pool and fitness center to prevent a lot guest using it at the same time which was a plus. The depth of the pool was great which made it very kid friendly. I give this place 5+ stars will most definitely be booking and staying here in the future!!

There was no pool towels available in the pool area and no way of contacting the front desk to ask for more pool towels so you had to walk to the front desk wet while getting water everywhere just to ask for more pool towels.

The breakfast was definitely acceptable and always freshly presented. Plenty of food for everyone.

The only complaint had nothing to do with the staff or facility itself, just some very noisy folks in the room above us. The front desk did what they could on our and others behalf to address the situation. But some folks are just rude and oblivious to their impact on other guests.

I liked the pool

lunch does not have a room and the coffee was always cold, and when we asked the person in the kitchen if he could heat the coffee for us in the microwave, his attitude was annoyed and rude

Friendly and helpful staff. we were traveling via travel trailer and needed to stay the night so I could do an interview via Zoom. our room was ready early and I had plenty of time to prepare, internet connection was great, and I got the job! yay

Décor, amenities, staff, and location were all excellent.

It's a small thing: the pool cabinet was out of clean towels when we went to use the pool, but it was late at night, so no big deal.

The pool was fun, not many people around which was a plus. Thought, before going to the pool make sure you go to the front office to get towels, they never have any in the pool area.

The level 100s rooms are way smaller than the 2nd level for the same 2 queen beds.
