Beds were super comfy

Breakfast is not really a breakfast is just some blueberry muffins and coffee or tee and juice

I did like the breakfast that was provided as part of the stay, the pool was very clean and nice and the location was perfect for where we needed to be! All the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful!

From the pictures we saw of the room I was expecting the room to be a little bit higher standard. I was very clean I was just expecting a little higher quality.

Toilet seat was broken, bathroom door would not close. Maybe some touch up paint would help it. Oh yes!! Please attend to the Wasp’s at the pool. There were around 10-15 wasp flying around. It seems they may have a nest in the north east corner Palm tree.

Location and Cleaniness. Walmart, Restaurants, and local shopping centers! It was the perfect location for my stay and I plan on returning anytime while in El Paso.

The location facilities is a bit dated. Older furnishings, appliances, and bathroom, but very well kept and clean.

The clerk was so kind and helpful! The property is older, but clean and well tended. The room was spacious and had a great sized bathroom…would definitely stay again!

I was locked out of my room because the keypad battery died…maintenance was able to easily fix it, but only maintenance knew how. I was not on a schedule, so it didn’t bother me to wait…but my suggestion would be for there to be someone avail 24hrs to fix the issue for those who aren’t able to wait. But staff was accommodating and kind about it😊

Staff was friendly and I knew up front no swimming pool / exercise faculty would be would be available. Due to covid .cleaning staff was excellent yes plenty of food places in walking distance wall Mart litterly across the street crackle barrel one hotel down you got so many eating places

They charged me full price get there they are not serving breakfast that was the whole purpose of booking a hotel that served breakfast before I go to work at least take 50 dollars off my room. That pissed me off especially when majority of places were dine in it would have been a good value if they served breakfast or at least notified me no were on the booking did it say no breakfast I stayed 10 days

At check in, the asked me for a credit card with my name on it. I am from Mexico and Mexican credit cards do not come with names print out. What can I do? Or can you remove that request? Thank you

The room was clean and the beds had comfortable mattresses. I like the location, it is close to everything I need.

I know it is hard due to the pandemia, but the breakfast was poor. It used to have hot breakfast, with good bread. The cofffee was excelent as always.

I was told by the front desk clerk that there would be a breakfast bag in the morning. When I checked out I asked for the breakfast bag, the clerk said there was not such thing. The hotel advertises washer and dryer availability, but once on the premises the clerk said they were not available. Very disappointed about not being able to wash my clothes.

The price is what I appreciated the most and the location and bed where also a plus.

The property was in the process of being painted and looked a bit disheveled. The lobby area looked very dated and they only had a cold breakfast, which wasn’t noted.
