Parking was horrible. They say use your but doesn't work so I ended up paying $25 on Parking literally at the hotel we stayed at🙄 I got my money back after going down to the front but you can tell she was a bit annoyed because i told her I paid and my room key card didn't work. But overall it was fine.

Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient.

The elevator to the parking garage very confusing. Hot water in shower took forever to heat up.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel.

You have to pay for parking. Which was done at the front desk at the time of checking in. But when leaving the machine wouldn’t read the code. So I had to pay again to get out. Which I figured I’d go to the front desk and get it cleared up. But apparently someone else had the same problem and called the front desk. There was only one very nice young lady trying to help everyone at the desk and deal with the person on the phone yelling at her. Believe me she was doing her best! But before we could get the little issue of the gate not working. I had to leave because of an appointment that I was running late for because of the gate not working right. I told her I had to leave and I’d call back to get it straightened out.

Staff, housekeeping were friendly and accommodating.

Parking arrangement was terrible: Spaces were crowded. Toilet and faucets leaked; sounds from elevators were disrupting. The guitar player/singer sounded like someone singing tunes of the past and was annoying while eating (I suggest eliminating this option). Menu was limited.

Found dirty laundry under beds that was not ours and dried boogers on the wall by beds. Parking garage was tight and I also feel like as guests we should not have to pay and extra $15 per night to park. Had to ask several times for extra towels, were not supplied within a timely manner.

It was close to the passport agency that I was there for. The location felt safe. Amazing views from the 15th floor!

There was no complimentary coffee, but there was a Starbucks like cafe attached. The parking spaces were very tight in the garage. The garage meter didn't work, but luckily, staff came by and assisted.

We enjoyed the restaurant. We used the shuttle once. It was convenient. The shuttle driver was competent, friendly and helpful. The hotel staff was efficient and effective. The hotel staff gave us good advice regarding the city.

Parking was difficult due to baseball game. No refirerator in our room.

Katy the receptionist was super super attentive. Any issue, she had a resolution. She took care of everything. A+

The parking garage is a mess when you go on a Friday night and volleyball tournament teams are checking in. Small cornering and maneuvering trying to get through cars. We waited for breakfast but it never came so we had to get going. Overall from the previous food we ordered, I’m sure it would have been good.

It was convenient to where I had my meeting. The food was good and the people even better. the employees were kind and always helpful.

The bathroom could of been cleaner. the shower curtain had mold on it.

The hotel was an older hotel but the room was clean and the hospitality of the hotel staff was excellent. We used the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport. This was a major reason for choosing this hotel.
