We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was excellent. Room was clean. We asked for an extra water bottle and the staff went out of their way to retrieve one from storage. Board games were available for the kids to play. Bikes were available to ride. Parking was easy and accessible at all times. I 100000% recommend staying here to anyone!

There isn't anything we can think of that we didn't like. We have never been so happy with a hotel and staff! We look forward to staying with you again!

The parking situation is a lil inconvenient. Park garage is back behind building with no back door access. Restaurant and bar was closed. Covid still? No wash rags in our room.

We arrived Saturday evening and the aroma of the lobby was so refreshing and relaxing. The guy at the desk was courteous, very pleasant and professional. The room was clean and neat. I liked glass cups versus paper for coffee and the Kuerig coffee maker was easy-to-use. Liked the walk-in shower.

We reserved room for two days, I didn't like that there were towels for one day and because we didn't request house keeping we had to call front desk for more towels and more sugar and cream for coffee. Needed a pen and there was none in the room.

Great facility, Canopy hotels are always great to stay at. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space for bags. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff just went through the motions, valet staff especially were hard to find and not very helpful. Bar in common area had very limited operating hours which was inconvenient. Some of the furniture in the room was already chipped, cracked. Nothing major or dangerous, just noticeable.

The rooms were large and spacious and the restrooms were clean but came absolutely packed to the gills with everything we needed, the sliding doors were a nice finishing touch, also the beds are big comfy and come full of blankets so u can get the room nice and cold

The TV is big and looks nice but it cut out for some reason halfway thru the day and also they don't allow u to plug in your Roku,switch,apple tv etc, which sucks

The only thing was the parking garage which was at the rear of the hotel and because there is only a small drive at the front of the hotel, there is not any room to unload your luggage prior to parking in the garage so you have to carry your luggage from the garage around to the front of the building since there are no back entrances into the building for guests. If there is bad weather you are out of luck.

the room was great. perfect set up, like the plug by the big mirror, the closet / bathroom area all together so I didn't disturb my partner while getting ready the hydration station is a great idea so I don't have to buy bottles of water

It would be great to have a night-light in the bathroom area the breakfast food was a little expensive

I liked how helpful the staff at the facility was. Everyone I talked to went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great.

I didnt like that booking.com neglected to transfer the funds that I had prepaid for the room. Which caused me to pay for the room again, also at a higher rate than was originally booked at. The facility did return the charge after getting the purchase squared away with booking.com

Breakfast was great but the cost could have been included in the rate. Omar, the desk staff was welcoming and conveyed everything we needed to know.

Breakfast could have been included in the rate and parking was steep. There was an awful smell at the entrance of the hotel; may have been sewage issues.

The location was central and close enough (average of 10-15 mins drive) to a lot of activities and shopping; yet tucked-away enough to escape noise pollution.

for $18 per person, the continental breakfast was basic, disappointing; and nothing to write home about
