Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Frisco

To start with the staff was amazing and we had a parking situation because we were driving a big box truck and they worked everything out for us so we could park more conveniently the room was amazing and large the shower was wonderful the breakfast was very good the girl that runs the breakfast room was so nice and helpful the elevators were smooth and fast I did not have even one complaint and if you know how picky I am that in itself is a miracle we travel a lot for business and this will be our go to place every time we come to Frisco from now on

I liked everything

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance to restaurants and the Dallas cowboy practice field. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't stay longer.

We checked in Monday morning right after the winter storm came through. There was a huge line because of everyone trying to get in to a hotel! I forget his name but a tall guy was working at check in and i felt horrible for him with the phones going off but I told him that he was doing such a great job. He was wonderful and so nice even with the chaos going on. The hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed! We live ten minutes away but we have three kids under 2.5yrs old (a daughter and twin boys) and didn’t want them to get sick and freeze at home during the power outages. We love you all and will be recommending you to anyone coming to visit!! Thank you for providing my family with shelter and warmth. Lauren Cypert

There is nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was spectacular. The lady & man that served us breakfast were always so happy friendly. My 2 year old daughter had a crush on the man haha, he was so fun with her. Great staff!!

Spacious room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The late check out was amazing. Check out was super easy. Valet guys were amazing.

It didn't have a sofa bed like the room I booked.

The place is a must stay! Very classy, clean, high end home feel and the staff is wonderful! Also the location is perfect-close to the Star Center-walking distance

The enviroment was quiet for a perfect holiday. Breakfast was ok. The bed in our room was super comfy and the staff and other guests at the hotel was friendly

I had same breakfast for 4 days.....at least a little change in the breakfast will be a good idea

Very new and modern facility with a great location. I loved the amenities and the fact that my room had a medicine sized refrigerator, microwave and electric stove top. I was very impressed with the facility and plan to stay there on future trips to that area.

There was a lot of door slamming by other guests, probably because the room doors are heavy.

Breakfast okay. Location difficult to spot.

Exterior approach from north is unwelcoming. No easily available sigtn identifying hotel. "NO PARKING" signs ifn front of hotel, and can't enter garage until AFTER check in. Several guests frustrated.

nothing although with a conference attending next door the gym was a little busy in the morning
