AC Hotel by Marriott Dallas Frisco

We were here for a Cheer competition @ the Star Frisco & it was a nice walk to that venue & near by restaurants. The hotel is beautiful & the staff were all very kind & helpful. When I checked in, Razi put me on the 4th floor but when I asked if he could put our friends nearby or at least on the same floor, he was happy to search for other rooms so our girls could be close by. We ended up on the 6th floor. We never ate at the hotel due to the schedule we had to keep but we did order from the Starbucks inside the hotel which was handy! I used the valet service & when there were no carts for me, Eric & Corey were quick to help me carry things up to our room! Also, check out is @ 11am BUT my daughter wouldn't be done with competition until around 4pm. They brought my car for me to load & then re-parked it so I didn't have to look for somewhere else @ no additional charge.

I would have liked a larger room but didn't see any other options available? Certainly not a deal breaker but when we travel for cheer, we often end up with lots of visitors from the teams.

We moved to this hotel because are AirBnB in Allen flooded and the owners of AirBnB did not address the flooding in 24 hours. Marriot was great, it was a hot summer day but the hotel was cool, clean, and relaxing place for me to visit my friends from Michigan! And Marriot found 3 rooms on the same floor...

The breakfast was amazing, but it took a while to find it, very confusing!! It was great tho!!!! The room was beautiful, and they were very quick to bring us more towels!!

The bell boy, he didn’t off any help until after we had our luggage loaded when we were leaving, and he saw me get a cart and watched me roll it by! He missed out on a good tip!!

Very clean and modern. Staff was excellent. Very good drinks served at the bar by the attentive and friendly bartender.

The shower seat was obstructed by a towel bar, and would not let down. The bedside lights were poorly wired and had to be turned on and off using the switch for the entryway light. It was difficult to maneuver my wheelchair over the edges of the area rug.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet. Covered Parking Garage.

Covered parking garage is behind an adjacent hotel, so you have enter through the back of the Residence Inn walk to the front through their lobby before reaching elevators for this hotel. Not the most convenient location.

pool water was cold. parking situation was ok but could have been better

Tisha & razi were Super staff. Breakfast was fulfilling, beds very comfortable, and shower refreshing. We were satisfied.

Sad that there was no continental breakfast, but location was great, staff was helpful.

The parking garage! Had to get vallet, just so the family didn't have to lug all their luggage. And still not enough luggage carts.

The air conditioner in the room was ice cold!! Loved that. And also loved that you had a Starbucks on the property.

I loved the location, right beside The Star. Breakfast (from The Residence Inn) was good, much better than I expected due to Covid restrictions. And above all I loved how beautiful the hotel is.

There was nothing I didn´t like.
