Comfort Inn & Suites Frisco

The breakfast was just as I expected simply but a good quantity of food. The staff were very friendly and respectful to the visitors. My overall thought of the location was the area is just a little cramp with all the people trying to get to the food stations however besides that everything else was great.

The things I thought could be better is the comfort of beds they were just a little to firm for my liking.The curtains weren't able to be fix so that light could not come in which made hard for me to go to sleep. One other thing the room need to be a bit bigger so that it be easier to get around. But nevertheless the room was very clean and the price for the room was affordable.

I asked for extra blanket and they gave me a sheet when I stated I asked for blanket they said this is it. I explained it wasn’t & wanted a blanket/comforter then they said oh that’s all we have. we sold out. They should have more than one comforter for each room. Also I had multiple light bulbs out in bathroom. If room is being cleaned the bulbs need too be replaced then. Not after the guess has too request it. However when request made staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect - short drive to my business meeting, then back for wonderful restaurants and shopping! And the pool was delightful!

Lighting in our room left alot to be desired! Also, it was supposed to be a handicapped room, but it had a full tub which my friend has trouble getting into! Would've preferred a walk-in shower!

Clean, convenient location in a very nice area. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast is just a small prepped to go bag with a small juice, 2 muffins and a cheese and sausage cold sandwich.

Some guests were drinking and fighting on the floor I was in and later outside. Left a mess of beer bottles. Management took care of the situation though.

Breakfast was great every morning.

Old water damage not fixed in stairwells. Ice machine on our floor was broke. Vending machines always empty. Pool needed skimmed before use.

Mike was exceptional. My son left his bear, Broccoli Soup in the room and Mike brought it with him on his way visiting his family for the holidays. My son didn’t even know Broccoli Soup was missing. Now that’s customer service!!

breakfast items were limited. there was no protein.

The bed was super comfortable and the staff was great. Above and beyond.

There is some kind of noise coming behind the microwave and refrigerator that would wake us up at night. We thought it was an ice maker in the frig but there wasn't an ice maker. We were going to ask to change rooms but didn't want to hassle.

location, cleanliness and calue

Room was a bit small. We had issues getting grandsons Playstation to connect. Front desk told us who to call. Tech service resolved the problem. Apparently you have to request a better signal.
