Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Frisco NW Toyota Stdm, an IHG Hotel

A very clean, well-appointed basic hotel with all of the usual amenities. Good breakfast with choices to suit everyone. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

The TV channels do not list what’s on at the various times. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The toilet seat did not stay up, an annoyance for men. The worst part was returning from a day out and finding the room not made up. We were told that you have to request that 24 hours in advance (but were not told that on check-in). The next day, the room was made up, but there were no replacement cups or a liner for the ice bucket.

Everything was great except 1 employee at the front desk. Other than that everything was great. Comfortable. Delicious breakfast.

1 employee at the front desk saturday night i Didn't get his name. He wasn't happy that my kids and my nephews were downstairs at the computers. I asked if it was fine a he was like" um,well, I, mmmmmm, i guess if they have an adult with them and they are quite. Than my nephew wanted to get a Gatorade and charge it his room since his mom said he could well he didn't allowed it i had to go get my nephew a gatorade and paid with my card. We went to the gym and when we were going back upstairs the employee followed us with his eyes all the time like we were doing something wrong. The rest of the employees were very nice and friendly

Glad to have breakfast included in our stay! It was very nice! Love the location! Enjoyed being able to walk to Frisco square and take advantage of shops and the fresh produce market on weekends!

The swimming pool area and the pool needs to be cleaned at night after hours! We tried to have a nice relaxing early morning at the pool, but the tables and the floors were nasty and the pool was unsightly with trash and even a mask was in it! We used Lysol wipes to clean table and chairs where we sat!

Breakfast was great. The room was very nice. Parking was very good. The location was very convenient to the conference we attended. The amenities of the hotel and the room were nicce.

When I was trying to check in, the clerk could not find our reservation. It turns out that there was a misspelling in my name, and the clerk just said "sorry, I can't find your reservation". He just left it to me to try and resolve; which I did after numerous phone calls. I feel that the clerk should have looked a little harder, using my ID to find the reservation. After I was successful in providing a hotel confirmation number, which was different from the Booking.com number, he surprisingly found my reservation under the misspelled name. If he had looked at my ID, I feel he would have been able to locate me in the hotel reservation system.

The room is clean. The employee allowed me to change my room when I didn’t like the musty room on the first floor. The last time I stayed here, I stayed there on the second floor and found the room more spacious and nicer overall. Your employees were very nice.

There wasnt a fan in the bathroom for room 614. The bathroom will mold soon .

When I made my reservation my bank account was debited $416.47. The confirmation emails came from Holiday Inn but the reservation was paid for under Hampton Inn. Neither location had our deposit and I have still not been refunded to this date. Very disappointing. I will never go through a booking service again!

The breakfast was awesome! It was hot and fresh. They have the best cinnamon rolls. I ate one of those every day. The biscuits and gravy were tasty. It was clean in the food area and dining area.

The orange juice dispenser was broken. The ice machine was broken on the first floor. My hotel invoice/receipt wasn't slipped under the door like other hotels. Not a big deal.

Room was clean, beds were comfy (my husband slept on the sofabed and didn't complain), breakfast was great--the kids loved the pancake machine!

We had to ask for the bed linens for the sofabed and even then, didn't get a pillow for it. Also had to ask for more towels--there were 2 in a room that slept 6. I wish hotels would have rooms prepared to for the number of guests ahead of time instead of having to request everything.

When we checked in for our 3 night stay, we had a lot of luggage and needed a cart . The person that checked us in said for us to go look in the hallways or go next door to the other Hotel and find a cart. Needless to say we weren’t very happy with that response. He didn’t even attempt to help us find a cart. We carried our luggage up to the 4th floor.

The shower, beds, and breakfast were great. Check-in was easy and the pool was pretty. Loved the coffee and appreciated having decaf in the evening.

Room 431 smelled badly; something like dog pee on the carpet. The carpet was stained as well. The ice machines on floors 3 & 4 didn't work. One of the decorative pool lights were out.
