Breakfast was very good. Plenty of options

The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was really good. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I’d like to say the receptionist, West is her name, was one of the biggest assets for this place. She was always kind and smiling when I came through the front door, and was particularly patient and helpful with a luggage issue I had. She is a huge asset to Hilton. I travel a lot and frankly, I wish more hotel staff were like her.

Walls and floors a bit thin, which surprised me for a newer hotel.

Colton at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful. The room was simple, but clean and beds were comfortable. There was no coffee pot, but it was not necessary with coffee in the lobby all day. Breakfast included eggs, pancakes, bagels, fruit, yogurt and such. Plenty of choices to get your day started. There was also a small refrigerator in the room, but watch the setting, our salad froze. We were there for a conference so it met our needs and was super convenient to the Curtis Culwell Convention Center, right across the street. Walmart was a short walk and restaurants nearby.

The towels were rough and a little too worn. We did not realize until the second day that there was no cleaning service unless you call for it and we had to remind them to come again in the afternoon. They also shorted us a towel, but when we asked, we were handed one right away.

We loved everything, the room is s nice size and the beds are very comfortable. I specially loved the bathroom. The breakfast had really good selection my kids loved that they could pick waffles or pancakes and they absolutely love the different toppings. The lady working there on the week of Christmas was super attentive and helpful. The pool is a great size my kids loved it.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that there is no “closet” in the room. Technically there is but is out in the open and I like to not see my clothes hanging lol also there is no drawers we usually stay for a week so drawers would be nice. I also didn’t like that the room doesn’t have a microwave in the room so we had to go down to the lobby to use the one there.

I liked the room lay out and that everything was updated. The location was adequate but all the other hotels near Garland had lesser reviews due to the surroundings.

My bathroom, although the look was nice the glass doors to the shower were cumbersome and I did have some trouble with the toilet flushing. This wasn't a big deal as I was only there for a night.

The breakfast bar was great and staff was very friendly.

The mattresses aren’t the most comfortable of hotels I’ve stayed in. Housekeeping is not daily, however they will clean the room if you ask. The biggest flaw in my opinion is that there is no storage in the room, no drawers or closet space so it can get very cluttered.

Very clean! Really liked the modern vibe. Breakfast was good, there were plenty of options. Coffee was great too which is hard to get at continental breakfasts

The carpet on the fourth floor is lifting or not laid correctly down the entire hallway. Someone could trip and hurt themselves

I haul a large trailer that I told the staff about when I booked the room and I was assured there was enough space and area to maneuver and park, that was not the case at all! When I got there and checked in I was instructed to park in the lot in the rear of the building which had very tight turns within the curbs and I ended up damaging the trailer having to roll over the curbs in order to turn into the lot and not hit any parked cars.The trailer was brand new and now requires $1500 in repairs to fix!

Very clean room and bathroom, the shampoo and body wash smelled great, plenty of towels/washcloths, and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of it, there was always coffee, the tv in our room was awesome! My daughter had to unexpectedly print off a form and the person at the front desk that morning was very helpful and was able to get it printed for her. Will stay again soon!

Could hear some noise from people in the hallway and even above us at one point, but was short-lived and not unexpected in this type of hotel. Just wish people would be a bit more considerate at 11:30 pm, but that is in no way the hotel's fault! All-in-all a lovely stay.

Breakfast was sparse, lots of fruit & muffin type , not slot of hot food choices Price could have been lower for these types rooms. No microwaves or hair dryers in rooms, No coffee pots either. A very tiny mini fridge only. Hooks for clothes & no closets. No safes but price is charged like you have these things....
