The staff was excellent and extremely nice and helpful. The overall room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. We weren’t sure what the quality of the hotel would be like since we got it at such a cheap rate but we loved it ! Will 100% stay here again for future events !
There were some areas in the hotel including our room that were dirty but you can’t expect everything to be 100%. It was hard trying to connect to the wifi and we weren’t able to log into Netflix which was a bummer. There weren’t many channels to watch on the cable tv as background noise but we made it work. This is our only complaint !

the convenience of the location and overall cleanliness of the building was A++. I had a room right next to the elevator but the way the rooms are built i didn’t hear a single thing, even with a friday-saturday stay. will 100%stay here again.
it was really hot in the hallways of the rooms. it also had a musty smell in the room not because it was dirty but because it just seemed like it was left to be hot/humid. this is the only complaint i have, everything else was wonderful and clean.

I called regarding a noise complaint and I was impressed that someone actually answered the phone from the premises (instead of a central call system). Josh (I think) took my complaint and handled it seemingly instantly. Didn't hear a peep from that point further. Great staff.

The room (which had two queen sized beds) was spacious and comfortable. The decor throughout was modern, clean and well cared for. The staff was also very courteous and engaged with us and the other guests.
The swimming pool was still closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Regardless, it needs to be cleaned. It wasn't very presentable.
