Sleep Inn & Suites near Westchase

It looks like a new property or it is very well maintained. Very clean and in great shape.

Breakfast is served from 6 to 9. I showed up at 8:45. 4 other people did too. There was hardly anything left. They wouldn't even refill the coffee carafe that was empty. It's ridiculous. They shouldn't say breakfast is served until 9 but should say while supplies last. There's no excuse. They could have gone to their storage room and get more muffins, yogurt or cereal bars. It's not like they had to cook breakfast. Very disappointed. I picked this hotel because breakfast was included.

The room was nice; very clean and modern! Beds were super comfortable. Offered cable television with lots of channels The hotel itself was very quiet and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Breakfast was disappointing. Only offered packaged muffins, juice, yogurt and applesauce. We got there about an hour before it ended and the selection was depleted. My family was expecting the option of making waffles but all waffle makers and hot food was unavailable (assuming because of Covid) . Also the hours were different that was is posted in the hotel.

Property was clean.

Front desk lady was not attentive, went to ask her a question and she was sitting in back on top of a desk doing nothing. I thought she would come to the front desk as she saw me walking up, but asked what I needed from the back and I had to yell what I needed loudly which was embarrassing. Staff needs better training!!

The breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles. The location was perfect because it was located near the Chinese and Vietnamese community. The place was very neat and organized. Our room was also very neat and organized. It made us feel welcome. It felt like we were the first ones to stay in that room.

The fact that they charge your card a pre authorization which is half the price of the stay, then when you check in they charge the full stay amount, & then a deposit.. I am STILL WAITING for the pre authorization amount to be released back on my card! They say 5-7 business days, however all the other hotels I have stayed at, the funds are released as soon as I check out.. so I am not sure why this one is taking so long. The full stay has cleared my bank already.

What I did like was the cleanliness of the facility and that they did by offer decent food to consume for breakfast!

What I didn’t like about the property was when I asked the desk clerk for a copy of my invoice upon checking and paying with my card he stated that I could not have one, which I wanted for my records.

it was quiet until the night time I guess people knew other people so they kept going back and forth slamming the door even someone else had to complain about the noise they were loud screaming someone’s name to open the door and it kinda smelled like cigarette smoke in the hall on the 3rd floor

It was a very efficient stay, everything worked by the book, great check in & out, good breakfast, confortable rooms

The bed was a bit sunken at parts and the pillows were a bit too tall for persons of small contexture

the property was located close to everything I needed. Close to freeway which provided easy access to get around.

The thin walls I could hear what was going on in the rooms next to mine. Someone was above me and it sound like they were clogging at 3am😫

The whole check in and check out process was super easy and the two gentlemen in the front were very nice. They are pet friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean!
