The customer service on the night we arrived was great. Very nice people checked us in and we headed our way with in minutes of arriving. The room was as described and the size was as agreed on the app. We sleeped well. Great breakfast service, very kind lady whom we spoke and she was all smiles (Thank you lady). Hotel is close to a bunch of consulates and is pretty safe.

There weren't any sheets for the couch. We pulled the bed but couldn't find them, so we had to go and ask for them to reception. Not a big deal. No dish soap available in the room to wash dishes (sorry, we didn't wash them on our way out, but there was none). Just one bar of soap for the whole family. We always bring some, but I think it should be provided. Cause trust me one little bar of soap does nothing and lasts maybe one or two washes.

Clean, spacious, many amenities more so other suites, and location was close to the family.

Initially the price was an issue when I called to book the rooms, but I went on line and found very reasonable price. This was an emergency trip, unplanned, no budget for it. But the discount on line helped!

Great location for the consulate of Indonesia. Breakfast was decent and the selection was adequate. Staff was professional, courteous, and friendly. Loved the television. I was offered a bottle of water on checkout which I appreciated and wished they offered in the rooms as a courtesy for guests.

Ant infestation in the bathroom. Elevator button was missing on the 2nd floor. Couch had stains. The bed was nice but the pillows were too soft and we wanted something a little bit firmer for support. Bathroom was missing amenities. Only two towels at this Home2 while the one before had 4 towels. The sliding door on the shower is installed backwards of what it should be. The faucet for the shower is away from the shower head, this means you have to turn around whenever you want to adjust the temperature and feels awkward.

Parking very good, the hotel in general very clean and spacious.

The receptionist who attended to my check in and check out was grumpy, never gave me a sense of friendliness, charged me early check in (which is fine) but made it look rude. She overcharged me $12 and when I received my bill she couldn't explain why....

Location, for us, was excellent. Our primary reason to visit was for the food around Bellaire area. So everything was within 15min or less of each other. There’s also a CVS right around the corner in case you forgot to bring along something for your trip.

There was a dog barking constantly in the next room where my sister’s family was staying in.

The hotel was very clean, as well as the room. Hotel staff was very cordial and inviting.

The bed was a little hard.

The overnight guest services specialist that worked the night of February 25 was so sweet and professional. She made sure our room was clean and ready by personally checking it herself (As a previous hotel manager I adored her work ethic she is top tier)

The attitude of the staff. They are not reliable.

There were a lot of cops in and out of the property. that wasnt very comforting for me, but the staff was amazing and accomodated me well

I liked the room space and TV options. Many food options close by.

No trash bags in trash cans. No designated area for trash and dirty laundry drop off, since no housekeeping was available due to holiday.
