Linens for couch should be in the room already when you book a king studio for 3 adults. After going to front desk to get linens, we unfolded couch to find lumpy stained mattress. Folded it back up and slept on the outside of the sofa which was uncomfortable, even for a couch. Started with a kid sleeping there but it was too uncomfortable and they had a morning activity so Mom ended up drawing the short straw. Glad we were only booked for one night. Wouldn’t have stayed 2 which is a shame because otherwise this is a great hotel.

The cleanliness if everything! They bed feels like you're sleeping on clouds, I didn't wanna leave!!! And I can't forget about that shower!! I WISH I could have a big walk in shower like that!

That I didn't know they charge 18% extra in taxes when u check into the hotel but was told that's every where u go in Houston now. Also that you didn't have a waffle maker with to make those yummy waffles you guys usually have lol other than to no problems at all!

Everything I liked. Stayed at same hotel a week before west Virginia . will be back again .

Service from front desk Michele. No contact about luggage no apology after she said she would take care of getting from airport. At check in . 40 min later I went to front desk n she never called airport or me or spoke to me. All the staff was excellent . except Michele .

Renovated, clean, good location, air condition was extremely useful in the 100 degree weather. Complimentary breakfast.

Pool was very stuffy.

The facility was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast could have had a little more variety from day to day.

The price fit our budget. However, Booking.com does not apply any AAA, Government discounts when booking.

The beds were in need of better mattresses. Pillows were hard after use

it was around a nice area had great fast food around and super clean and pretty

the only problem was the pool closes early ish like every hotel so not being able to go was on our behalf but that part did look outdated compared to our room and other amenities

Breakfast was cereal prepackaged goods, which was better than nothing, but you're advertising the Breakfast like it's a hot breakfast. Get more items then charge the regular room rate, until then you should lower your prices.. Nice hotel overall

The sale clerk not telling me he's charging my card an additional 21.00, besides the price of my room I paid

The staff was very helpful and polite. I had an issue with booking and he made sure it was corrected.

Some of the plugs 🔌 in the room did not work. The door to the bathroom did not close from the outside you had to be inside to close it.
