Incredible front desk clerk. The hotel and rooms offer so much for the money. Generally very clean except for 1 item.

1. My colleague's room had a light smell of cigarette smoke. I think this is probably the exception and not common for this property. 2. I think this property was located to cater to business travels for a group of office buildings in the area. Our business was in a different part of town and the hotel's distance off of I10 was not ideal. However, we got a great weekend deal for the 2 rooms and this is probably part of the reason. All in all we were very pleased.

Overall, the hotel is clean and my room was comfortable But,Management needs to do surprise room inspections after their employees clean rooms

Management needs to make sure that the rooms are fully cleaned, make sure toilet and tub are cleaned and disinfected, and that the towels are cleaned and free of stains. I had to ask for more towels( that was disgusting) ,towels did not look clean at all and their was only 1 towel for the face,so their wasn't enough from the start And the other issue is the free breakfast wasn't worth getting up early to go downstairs to get..need to rethink your breakfast menu

The facility is clean and my room was nice and spacious with all the amenities I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was also friendly.

The breakfast was the only thing I didn't like or else I would have given them a 10. I had breakfast at 6:45am and at that time, breakfast consisted of 2 types of cereal, that was almost finished, bread, waffles, and oatmeal. No eggs, scrambled or boiled, no protein, no yogurt, bagels, etc...juice was almost finished as well. If a hotel advertises breakfast, they need to ensure there is breakfast. No effort was put into it at all. 👎👎

Rooms nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pool was small and short to swim laps for exercise

Breakfast food choices not any real cooked food unless u make ur waffles. Coffee only available during breakfast and that's only till 9am, so don't sleep in late or u get Nothing!! S/b till 10 at least!

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and the location is great. Bed was also very comfy. Someone visited me and staff stopped him and called to make sure that he could come up to the room. I loved that. Will definitely stay here again.

Their breakfast. Few options and didn't even have the basics like eggs, yogurt, etc...even what they had out was at a minimum. Very disappointing breakfast.

The location was near Chinatown and other grocery stores. The staffs were nice and polite. They also had nightly security in their parking lot which made us feel safe.

The room smelled like mildew, there was black mold/water marks in some drawers. The bedsheets, pillow cases, and comforter were dirty with yellow stains, make-up, and cigarette burns.

The location is great. It's a quiet area and not any issues at the hotel. Crystal, Terriko, Charles, Isaiah, and other staff have been hospitable and attentive to my needs and the best rates and info.

Our stay at Comfort Suites Westchase Houston Energy Corridor was absolutely fantastic and perfect. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and great customer service. I am ready to book again.

My goto place to stay while in the H! Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to everything! Staff is friendly and professional. Always get stellar service here!

Breakfast was great. We had Texas shaped waffles. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The shower was absolutely perfect after our long trip.
