Best Western Plus Westheimer - Westchase Inn & Suites

The inside was nice the rooms were nice. It was a great price for the stay. The young lady at the desk was real nice.

When I use to stay the suites had the walk in showers. Was told by the lady at the desk it’s only for king rooms now. Dumpster was overflowing with trash, and non guests were circling the parking lot. The inside of the property was nice. No hot breakfast, heard children running down the hallway constantly,

Rooms were Clean,staff was great, bed was soft I only stayed one night so it was good

Only thing I didn’t like was there is no door to the shower so the water gets everywhere and the shower at the bottom is so squeaky as if you will fall through but that could be just for the room I was in. Pool was open but it’s was soo dirty

The hotel is so clean and bed is so comfy.

Except for two things. First my deposit of 50dol was not returned on time according to them it will take 7 to 10days but it was more than 10days and I still did not get the deposit back so I have to call back and forth on my bank and on them to check if they already returned it. According to them they already returned the deposit but it's up to my bank on how long will it take on their end. I called my bank and they did not see any transactions from them that it was returned. Second issue their is a drunk guy laying at the hallway the day we went out and I have to tell the front desk lady and she did know about it even if they have cameras at their hallways. But she called someone to check.

cleanliness and location, near to everything.

we came from a long travel,we arrived almost 12 midnight and was told upfront we dont have any reservation for the night.I told the guy in the front desk, i made the reservation several days prior thru booking.com, he rudely told me that “you don’t have any reaervation, if you want to stay, we will check you in but you will be charged again”, i humbly told him if he can help us with it since its been a long day for my family, he ask again for my name and voila! that time, he saw it on his computer. Other than that, the hotel is nice.

Jessica up front made me feel welcomed and. Comfortable. She advised me of the rewards, also let me know about restaurants i should try.

The parking was small, and to avoid losing my spot i walked to stores and places close by. My rooms restroom ceiling had dry wall tape hanging down and cut in other areas.

The breakfast is not much it definitely could be better. I only had it once and was not happy with it. They need a better selection of coffee and pastries!

I been here twice and towel need to refreshed and pool should be cleaned more often.

Close to amenities. Bus service within walking distance to Downtown. Of special note is Brittany the receptionist.....gr8 asset for the facility. If ever I am back, I shall return.

Nothing much to nag about.

The location was the main attraction for this property. I was in Houston to visit my elderly father who was in the hospital.

Unfortunately, people in todays world are NOT considerate. I was on the first floor and away from the elevator. However, there was an exit door near by and I could hear it slam at various hours. There were jungle animals in the room above me and they were running and bouncing on the floor above. It would have been nice to have gotten coffee in the lobby.

Location was great. Plenty of food options to choose from with nearby restaurants. Hotel was also very quiet and staff was more than happy to assist when needed.

Number of parking spaces were limited. I believe that due to some Covid policy I had to make a request for replacement towels, and to have trash removed from room. (Those things were corrected immediately)
