The breakfast was good. There should be labels on the milk and maybe some better instructions on the toaster machine. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The room smelled a little musty when I first arrived but everything seemed clean. I was really annoyed by the design of the shower with the metal plate over the drain. It was very noisy so I removed it while taking a shower. I expected more storage like a full dresser but there was only one cabinet with two wire shelf drawers in it. Would not have been very happy with storage if I was staying longer.

Good breakfast, spacious room, clean and well-managed facilities, courteous and capable staff.

As of this writing (June 2023), there's road construction on FM 1960, such that you can't turn left into the hotel parking lot from the westbound lane. You have to take a left on Lake Houston Parkway (southbound), and pick your way eastward through parking lots to get to the hotel. It's not difficult, but be prepared for this.

The staff made me feel very welcomed... especially the lady in the kitchen who always made sure I had my "to go plate" during breakfast service. She was extremely kind and very hospitable. My special thanks to her🙏💞. Unfortunately I did not get her name😔

The washer was not in the best state...it could use some "tlc" for the guests who need to wash work scrubs in a clean environment 😭. My room was supposed to be "smoke free" but when I checked in it smelled like someone had been having a "smoke party" in there before I arrived😱

Loved the big bath tub. Lobby was so well designed Breakfast buffet far exceeded expectations

Our room was across from the conference room so the Saturday morning loud voices, kids crying, singing and commotion interrupted our sleep - wide awake on vacation at 8:30 am I wish they’d have asked us if we were early morning risers before placing our room here.

Very good accommodation excellent value for money.

That major work was in place along a very long stretch of the road, which made accessing the hotel very very difficult, not what you want at the end of a long journey. IF THE HOTEL HAD GIVEN GUESTS WARNING IT WOULD HAVE HELPED. on arrival the receptionist was indifferent to the problem and gave no advise or help how to over come the problem whilst staying.

The breakfast was hot & delicious . We especially enjoyed having coffee in dining area round the clock. We also like that it’s pet friendly. The rooms are spacious & the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub & pool area. The lobby & dining rooms are beautifully decorated especially @ Christmas. Makes for good picture back drops. It’s not our first stay & wont be our last stay.

The gentleman who checked us was ver polite and professional I been to many hotels and a lot of the workers you can tell are tired and frustrated and he was welcoming and made us feel like he was genuinely happy we chose Bestwestern.

nothing at all it was really nice and we enjoyed our stay our room was probably one of the best suite we ever had stayed at.

I like that it was around a lot of restaurant and a Walmart. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had questions about the jacuzzi tub and they were super helpful.

The only thing is I didn’t like the bedding the comforter was just a sheet and there was a thin blank under. Thankfully I always bring my own for comfort.

It was very clean, good and spacius rooms, nice bathroom, very complete room with everything you need, nice swimmingpool, lots of towels, very good breakfast with fruits, Milk, waffels, graven, ... all delicious

The linens were great quality ..Everything was sparkling clean. Much better than continental breakfast was served. Nice coffee variety w.machine...You could choose lattes,expressos,regular coffees,etc
