All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful; the rooms very clean. Having breakfast at the ready saved time and the variety meant that the kids all got a bit of what they liked. Able to have our cat with us was also a bonus for us.

The location was a little difficult to get into due to having to build the building behind others, but once you learned where all the entrances were it became easy to get into and out of the parking lot.

Breakfast was ok about what most hotels offer... Room was clean, some signs of wear like in the bathroom area. Water pressure in sink wasn't the best but was fine for washing hands... Shower has awesome pressure. Perfect for helping wake up and get going. I did not try the coffee. I brought my own cold brew... But coffee us always available. Safe were friendly. The one person that was doing the food didn't have the best attitude as my kid did spill some orange juice... Once I offered to clean it up she seemed like she was in a better mood. But she seemed annoyed thinking that she was going to have to. Overall pleasant experience.... If you do want breakfast go early because there's not a lot left as time goes on.... We didn't check out the pool or anything else it was easy to get in and out of the hotel on to the main road. I did see some reviews about theft in the parking lot but I did not have any issues.

The bed was very comfortable and there were a number of different pillow choices Breakfast was very nice with an abundance of choices

The ceiling I'm the shower wad damaged and mildew shown thru in a number of places. I agree with not changing the linens daily and a daily room clean isnt necessary but clean towels and a made bed up... with the sane linens each day would have been nice.

The pool area needs some work. The hot tub needs to be cleaned. It was nasty. They should drain the water and block it off if they aren’t going to clean it. The only problem we had in our room was the bathroom sink faucet. The water was came out towards us instead of straight down so we would get wet when using. They offered us to switch but this was minor.

It was nice bathtub I had to clean,hair was in it. Had a issue with the TV but it was solved quickly So I had to disinfect bathroom but everything else. We never did pool, it had a uncanny look it needs to be cleaned professionally. Other then that okay. Breakfast need a little kick but it was okay. Thanks for asking for my opinion.

The bathroom needs to be a little better cleaned. The pool wasn't clean looking.

Location was perfect for visiting our friends. Loved the breakfast. The price was very reasonable. Loved being able to have our pets with us. Tried hard to keep the room as clean as possible for the cleaning service after we left.

For us, perhaps more comfortable chairs in the room, Also, when we were ready to leave, no carts were available, so we made several trips carrying our luggage and pets to the car. I watched one customer take the cart and make two trips with very little on the second trip. He returned from his room having left the cart behind. Was told at the desk that customers leave the carts in their rooms all the time. Hard to believe. Perhaps a sign to return carts?

Sally the front desk. Headed not been for her. We would’ve left after the first night.

We were on vacation with three little people. They were excited about being on vacation, but we kept getting complaints because they were too loud. Sally at the front desk made it all better.

Always love staying here. Staff is friendly. Facilities are clean. Coffee is the best. Breakfast options are great. It's close to our grandbabies and so many stores and restaurants, so the location is awesome.

My husband I both have had back surgeries. The beds are a bit firmer than we prefer. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I like the fact it was located near shops and eaterys and it was closer to venue we were attending.

I didn't like the fact that the beds were too high to get into. I was struggling trying to get in the bed. Also during breakfast time there was no bacon only sausage. Everybody don't like sausage.

The location was close to everything the staff front desk house keeping was friendly clean I was very happy

I did not like they don’t give you a receipt at the location if you book with a third party..
