Super 8 by Wyndham Humble/Houston

The staff is beautiful, the stay has been beautiful. I'm grateful that I and my family choose this location.

I did not like that other's whom stay here takes all of the food in the AM without regards to other's whom might like breakfast as well. Also the Orange Juice has not worked since we have been here. Only the apple juice works.

It was a very comfortable, quiet and very convenient stay. Breakfast is basic but is well complemented by the juice machine and selection of coffee and rolls. The staff in charge of the hotel was very attentive to my needs offering an outstanding service.

Despite being well maintained and having good exterior lighting, it does not appear to be a safe place; I think it should have an automated access gate to guarantee the safety of the guests.

Although breakfast was included, they only had dry cereal and a gallon of milk, and some individual pastries. there was a waffle maker but no waffles, a juice machine but no juice, and no muffins or other things that other Super 8 hotels and other hotels offer with their breakfast and the office attendant seemed like he did not really care what was going on. He seemed like he would rather sit back and just play games on his computer which would be fine, if he had given great service to begin with.

Didn’t get none because it was closed. However the apple juice was good. Vending machines are cash only, there’s no snacks outside the vending machine however.

I didn’t like the lack of choices for breakfast. I didn’t like the location either it’s a hard turn on a 70 mph highway. It did smell like bleach was used to clean in the room.

it was fine, there was a room with acceptable things like a bed and bathroom. The reception desk was friendly and helpful. Free parking.

The rooms don’t feel very secure. The breakfast was waffle or mini donut. The rooms smelled like smoke, even though they should have been nonsmoking. WiFi was spotty. The walls are not insulated at all, you can hear your neighbors completely.

Housekeeping performed an excellent job. Room was cleaned and sanitized daily. Property was located on a one-way access road, with no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. Entrance to the property is not well marked and is on the back end of a curve, and sits off the road. Watch for the "Public Storage" entrance, they are the same entrance as each other.

Afternoon/evening desk staff was not welcoming or very fast at check in, and unfortunately, I had the same person when I checked out. Probably did not say 15 words between the two interactions combined.

Our room was nice and clean. I liked that we were on the ground floor. . Breakfast was convenient since we wanted to get on our way. Easy check in and out. Staff was friendly. Good place to stay for one or two nights.

The refrigerator in the room was noisy so we ended up unplugging it so that we could sleep. I would have liked to have had Kleenex in the room don’t like using toilet paper. Would of liked softer lighting especially next to the bed.

Clean, well lit property. They have a pretty awesome bathroom mirror. Floors in the room are wood and tile (no carpet) so it feels really clean. The beds are very comfortable. Close to nearby restaurants and stores.

A few weird people were outside smoking and the hallway going to the room was a bit odd, but not anything to really worry about.

it was really nice and clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again. it was way better then expected and really affordable.

it met my needs, nothing to dislike

The room is really nice and the bathroom has marble and a large shower.

They need a sign to show entrance. The hotel is tucked behind the previous building and the is no sign for the hotel except on the building. At night you will pass the driveway because its dark and no sign.
