Clean nice hotel, they allowed dogs, no musty smells or cigarette smells. Nice breakfast area.

The pool looked really dark. Really couldn't tell if it was clean. Maybe it was the color of the paint in the pool but didn't look inviting. We had an upper floor and the stairs were hard for us as my husband and I both had knee injuries. The hair dryer didn't work well and the handle heated up. Luckily I brought our travel dryer.

The young lady that works as a maid was kind enough to save a bag that I had left behind and luckily I had left my car there so we could go riding in the cart on the beach. We had to come back and pick up my car and she happened to be out there and told me that she had saved my bag. She was so honest and so kind to do that I'm not sure that every employee would have done that. The condo is clean and very Spacey. I would definitely continue to stay there. I recommend it to everyone. The customer service is wonderful.

Continental breakfast could use a little changing the age where two watery and tasted terrible but for the most part it was just a continental breakfast.

The staff was very helpful; particularly Thelma, who went above and beyond to help us retrieve our items. The room was spacious with 2 queen beds and a lounging area. Plenty of pillows and the bedding was comfortable. My bed was a bit saggy on the side so I slept in the middle! The breakfast had nice options with scrambled eggs and sausage patties as well as a make-your-own-waffle station.

I would have like more meat options at breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and had the SAME options each morning. Fresh fruit would be a great addition, as well.

We had a great stay here. We arrived ahead of schedule & had no problem getting into our room with just a little bit of wait time. Our room was very clean & the staff was very friendly & helpful for first time visitors. Breakfast was just ok. I made suggestions while there, that they add more healthier options like fresh fruit & yogurt as well as the usual breakfast items. Overall we like the place & will stay here again in the future.

It's not at all that we didn't like the Breakfast but ---- Breakfast needs more healthier food choices. Fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.

Excellent breakfast. Great beds. Room was spacious and clean. Not walkable to beach but close. We knew that when we booked. Desk help was very friendly.

Building in general looked fresh and clean. Walkways and stairs looked old and grungy, but I know being near the beach is hard on that. The pool area was nice and would have been happy with it, but it was too small for the number of people using it. Since the pool is a big deal to my grandkids while on vacation, this was a disappointment. Had some issues with the TV remote and sound. Didn't watch much so didn't bother to complain. I thought it was a lot of money for one night, but I know from looking that it was a good price for the time of year and location, compared to the other places in town.

I enjoyed the bright colors used in the room and on the property. The hot tub and pool were nice and I loved the chairs outside of the rooms.

I needed to contact the lobby but the phone did not work. I had to google the phone number and call on my cell phone. Someone answered and immediately disconnected the call. I called back and someone finally answered. my problem was addressed and taken care of. please fix the phone or leave the necessary information available in the room. It wouldn’t have been a big deal but I needed help immediately.

We went Monday - Wednesday, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed some plates and utensils, they were happy to provide me with some. Upon entering the room, there is a couch, coffee table and a desk with a half wall to divide the sitting area and the sleeping area. The AC worked very well. When we returned to our room, we turned the heater on for a few minutes just to take the chill out. There was more than adequate lighting with 8 light fixtures throughout. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable room. Our room was on the second floor and there are wood chairs outside each room to sit and relax. I don't recall if the first floor had those. Breakfast hours fit our schedule very well, the hours were 7:00 - 10:00 a.m. I loved the apple juice.

The mini fridge smelled a little funky. The phone didn't work and the rubber tub mat had spots of something on it; we didn't use it and upon checkout I mentioned that to the front desk staff. They said that if I had let them know, they would have brought us another one. We were fine with not using one, just be mindful that the tub could get slippery without it. The scrambled eggs were slightly salty (I normally don't use much salt) and I didn't eat the potatoes because they had onion and green pepper in them, which I'm not fond of.

This was a great location..0.6 miles to the Port A beach and close to stores and restaurants. I loved that the air conditioner had the option to keep the fan on. The room wasn’t fancy but practical for a beach trip.. microwave/fridge/ hair dryer/ separate sink from bathroom.. small separate sitting area with love seat and table. I did not use pool/jacuzzi but at night it was lit up with decorative lights.. pretty… breakfast was in nice separate room.. needed key card to get in (that’s good). I don’t eat eggs but they had waffles also, cereal, sweets, bagels, toast etc…. great value. if you can’t appreciate that then don’t book a hotel with breakfast included. I liked that it was relatively quiet

The cleaning lady went into our room nearly an hour before checkout time. My son was up all night with food poisoning from restaurant across the street and I was giving him some time to try to sleep before 11:00 am checkout. If you’re NOT going to provide “do not disturb “ hangers for door, please don’t enter a room before 11:00 am. person could have been showering, not dressed. That in itself would cause me to think twice about going back even though I liked the location.
