Homewood Suites By Hilton Austin/Cedar Park-Lakeline, Tx

We've stayed here two years in a row. The hotel is always clean and quiet with friendly staff. The breakfast is pretty decent, my son thought it was great that they had fruit compote/glaze to put on his waffles. There is a kitchen complete with dishes, sink, dishwasher, stove, and fridge inside each room. I think our favorite part is the amazing patio area complete with grills and patio furniture. It's situated right near the basketball court so we could hang out with friends while our kids played basketball nearby. The location is certainly in a safe area, its near several restaurants, a mall, a Walmart, and some gas stations. Parking is decent, there was always plenty of room.

I wish the bathrooms inside the rooms were a bit larger. I found it was difficult to change inside the tiny bathroom, and I'm a pretty average sized woman. Unfortunately, it is also the only space with a door able to close off from the rest of the room. The outdoor gaming areas close at 9pm. I feel like that is a bit early for those of us on vacation wanting to stay out later and visit. I understand it's likely for noise purposes, but perhaps some organization can be done to accommodate families that have teens who'd like to play a bit later. I think 11pm is much more reasonable.

I will say the hotel is very nice. But when I reserved this hotel through booking.com the price was lower then it was when I showed up. When I got to the destination the cost was at least $100 more than it told me!! Not cool and I will never use booking.com anymore and will never recommend it to anyone. I will be writing many many reviews about this all over the internet.

Great breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff in the dining area.....Very pleased with the spacious room and comfortable bed. Very happy with the value, and the kitchen was a bonus!! Will recommend to all my friends, and definitely will stay there again.

The only negative was that the coffee maker in the room was broken, and no one ever brought a replacement. However, coffee was served in the breakfast area, but with our handicap issue, it was inconvenient not to have one in our room.

Cameron & Tasha customer service skills were exceptional. Cameron took the time to show us the rooms prior to our stay. He made us feel like family which was refreshing. We were traveling with a disabled child and he went above and beyond to assist us. Tasha was friendly & outgoing. She met us with a smile & genuine conversation daily. The cleaning crew were friendly & worked effectively around us. Although their English was limited they always smiled & kept our room spotless!

We didn’t like the meat options for the breakfast. Alternatives to pork should be offered daily. We stayed over a week and will like to stay again in the near future and will like to be able to enjoy breakfast like all the other guest.

This hotel was within places to eat, shop, walk around, and feel safe. This hotel offered a full breakfast, which was very good and hot. I really enjoyed the nice quiet atmosphere of this hotel. It had everything you needed it. From a clean stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dishes. The room was immaculately clean the bathroom was clean, the shower was cleaned, the room was well maintained. This was a really nice hotel to stay in I would recommend it. It was a 10 to me.

This place was 5 star had a basketball court, mini golf area, swimming pool they had social night with free lunch and the breakfast was awesome. This hotel just thought about every thing.

The person at the front desk was very unprofessional looking making me question the hotel at first

there was a few mishaps the ac in the living room wouldn’t work and the stove wasn’t working good, I was trying to boil water and it took over an hr for it to get some bubbles going but it never got to where I could cook some noodles. also the remote batteries where dead so I had to get them changed as well.

The kitchen staff was friendly and helpful, of our needs at breakfast and the food was plentiful and very tasty.Therefore gives me great pleasure to tell you how your staff went out of their way above and beyond to make our stay the happiest week of our life

There is nothing that can be done better I know of.

The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen to hold our left overs from our meals out. The hotel was easy to find and not next to any intense traffic.

The ceiling fan broke after our first night staying there. Need bigger trash cans to accommodate to the kitchen that was provided. Other than that, there isn't much we did not like.

Everything was so clean. I was actually ok with walking around the room barefoot which is rare for me at any hotel. Most feel too dirty to do that. The breakfast was great too. Omelets where delicious.

My son liked the indoor swimming pool, which is why we chose this hotel, but the temperature could've been a little warmer. It was still kinda cold for him.
