I like the clean rooms nice updated TVs that most hotels don't have. Great location. The woman checking me in was very friendly and professional.

I don't like coming down stairs at 0900 and there is no breakfast at all so I had to ask front desk if they were going to put anything out. Then they don't put out a lot and the dining room full of guests wipe it out quickly and other guests had to ask for more and waited a long time for it to come. I just don't understand why they are not more attentive to the breakfast area and make sure it don't run out. We do pay a lot of money for rooms and expect a breakfast included. But this is where hotels are the shadiest for whatever reason.

Room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom didn't have a vent fan and we did not like the food served for breakfast.

Breakfast was fabulous except for the undercooked scrambled eggs that they served every day. Also we stayed for 12 days and were supposed to get a refresh every 4 days and that didn’t happen. We had to eventually ask the front desk to send someone.

This hotel is the cleanest hotel we had ever stayed in States. Super clean and room were spacious for 2 adults and 2 little kids!

we didn’t have room cleaning service during 2 days. our trashes was full of diapers and staff just stepped in for leave extra blankets but they had never care about dump the trash. room cleaning should be done every day..

The rooms are huge and spacious. Love the layout and how tall the ceilings are. Easy in and out of side doors and lobby. Security guard in parking lot to watch the cars. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This is newer hotel but yet it had corners of wallpaper pealing up in several spots. Frosted glass bathroom door...not ideal for sharing a space with others.

I loved everything about mybstay! The location was great, the staff was PHENOMENAL, and the all-around cleanliness and stay was the absolute best. I came to SpringHill in Austin because I recently stayed in one in Dallas, and this one was an exact copy pastenof the one I stayed at in Dallas! I also loved the 12PM checkout time!

The lobby was vry nice and inviting. The gym was great! The room was set up nice and the desk was perfect for me to get work done.

There was hair on the floor in the bathroom when we first got there, it was not ours. That always makes me feel like its not cleaned well. However everything else seemed clean and fresh.

I loved their breakfast. Better than what most have to offer. There is all time coffee for all. The hotel is a year old and smells really good. I hope they can maintain that. My Diana loved it here too, since the wifi was super-fast and she could work from 'home'!

The ladies working that day at front desk went over and beyond to make my check in as stress free as possible, sherl was very knowledgeable of her job and really excellent customer service that made me and my feel very welcomed I will definitely book this hotel again.

Breakfast was a little different than what I'm use to at a hotel, but due to covid it's very understandable

The staff were great, all of them. Took our air conditioning issue seriously and fixed it. Location was good and fair value for money.

Breakfast was awful! The saddest selection i have seen in a long while. Even the manager was saying it was an embarrassment. As usual it was blamed on covid. The pool was a little on the small side!
