Clean Room was very comfortable and

The person that checked me in was great, very pleasant. I checked in early, room was not ready which is understandable with early check-in. Went to the car to bring My father to use the restroom. There had been a shift change. I asked to use the restroom the young lady didn't not allow us the use the restrooms. She said they were out of order. I told her we were guests she continued to say they were out of order. I asked both of them, men's and women's? She said yes. I saw no reason why she was so rude. This was the afternoon shift.

Breakfast was ok. Location was great! Easy to get anywhere we needed to go. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Movie theater very close as well.

The night desk person was away a lot. The housekeeper came in and took our clean towels and washcloths while we were gone and didn't replace them. Then the night girl wouldn't answer the phone and when we tried to find her, she was no where to be found. After about 10 minutes she came out of the office on her cell phone and couldn't give us towels and washcloths because they weren't clean. Very aggravating.

Room was spacious and clean. There was a second sink with microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. The parking lot was well lit and the area felt safe. Family friendly and the pool is only 4 feet deep with hot tube. They offered breakfast that consisted of waffles, biscuit sausages, yogurt, cereal, coffee/juice.

I don’t have any complaints.

Good location with lots of nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were dirty and needed the edge tiles cleaned badly. The bathroom tub was also in need of a good bleaching or magic eraser used to clean it. Room had no soap and TV remote did not work.

This was my third stay at this location, and it was great again. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They accommodated a late check out, which I appreciated! The rooms are clean and tidy and had everything I needed, but the carpet had some staining, and the bathroom wasn't as nice as my previous stays. Even with Covid, they hd some packaged breakfast food. I wish there had been more options, but I really appreciated that there was something available. The pool was great! Amazing value for the cost!

The Checkin and checkout staff. Any contact with the staff was painful as they were rude, insulting and prejudice. When I got the luggage carrier upon signing in was rude and said “be sure to bring it back.” Upon checking out, one staff member sitting down failed to see me waiting to be checked out but jumped up like Super Woman when a non black man approached and waited on him before me. All under the watchful eyes of the manager

The day and night staff was great. Polite, helpful and answered any questions we had. Breakfast was good. I understand they may not offer as much as they use to due to Covid. But they had the cereal, muffins and all important waffle maker. The hotel is close to alot of restaurants and fun activities. I would definitely stay there again.

The elevator did make noises going up which made me nervous. But not nervous enough to take the stairs so it wasn’t that bad.

It was clean and comfortable, it included the breakfast so it was good value for the price.

The elevator was really slow and sometimes make weird noises. There’s no bottle of water in the room and the ones in the lobby are kind of expensive.

I love the facility it was clean the staff was just amazing the cleaning lady that went in to clean the room was just beautiful polite very kind and the breakfast was good I love the waffles everything was just great

We liked how spacious the room was.

The hotel seems very dark and dreary when entering. The elevator made all types of pops and rumbles, and did this really long pause before opening that we were worried it wasn't working properly and opted for the stairs the next time.
