The location was perfect, with an H.E.B., restaurants, shops and a movie theater only a 5-minute walk away. There were many more options similarly close by car. Quiet neighborhood and no noise transfer AT ALL between rooms. The A/C in the room blew ice cold and the small apt sized fridge with a legit freezer was a great convenience. The facility is clean, VERY dog-friendly and the staff were great - very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast options were great and even staying there for a week I was able to find different options each day

We stayed for a week and the ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire time, as was the A/C in the lobby where breakfast was served. They had no induction cook tops or skillets available and our digital key would not let us back in the 1st floor side door that was the closest to the walk path and dog stations (sign on door said it should). The dog station at the back of the property with the large grassy area and shade trees had no bottom or bag so we had to throw the poop in the trash can by the main entrance. Sort of gross. Having onsite maintenance remove the dead tree in that same grassy area would go a long way to dress the place up.

The selection of Breakfast was good. I liked the updated kitchen and bed. The automatic black out blinds were bliss! I also like the provision of shampoo and body wash. The towels and linens were fresh and clean. The staff were very polite professional and helpful. Thank you!

The cleanliness needed some work like carpet cleaning (stains in hallway and room), office chair stains and table cleaning. Other than that it was great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Got us checked in the probably the fastest we have ever been checked in before. The continental breakfeast was AMAZING! Let me just say...get the fresh made waffle. Presentation of the food was great. Plenty of options. Seating area was really nice. Fresh fruit to add to your fresh made Oatmeal. They use actual silverwear and not plastic so that was nice. The location is great. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. Plus there was an HEB Plus right in the same shopping center which was perfect for us. Our room was way bigger than we expected it would be. Had a sofa and almost full kitchen short of having an actual stove. All kinds of kitchenwear was provided.

For some reason the first night was stayed it smelled like sewege in the lobby. Since we were on the first floor it definitely smelled in our room. On our second morning there the coffee was burnt pretty bad.

Breakfast was good. I actually picked the wrong location I thought I was closer to Downtown Austin. It ended up being a good mistake. It was in a cute little area!

I didn't like that I had to request housekeeping. And I don't like this long survey. I really don't have this much to say. at this point I'm ready to exit out .

Great location for access to HEB Center. Very clean room with comfortable beds.

We had a very loud banging on our door at about 10:30 p.m. I checked the hall and there was nobody there. Called the front desk to check cameras and they did and said the halls were clear and I asked what about 5 minutes ago. They said they had no way to check that. Maybe they just didn't know how but I know that's incorrect. Also, there were no wash rags or hand towels in the bathroom when we arrived. At 08:30 in the morning, a maid let herself in without knocking and we told here we would be a while. The "Do Not Disturb" knob hanger was on the counter. We located it and hung it.

The front office staff was amazing and the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable and the temperature control was excellent. The shower was also great.

The door to the bathroom did not close all the way and therefore could not be locked while in use. The furniture was noticeably worn out specifically the office chair. I did feel overcharged for a one night stay.

there's not enough parking space and we had to park in the hotel next door. I don't like that you have to request housekeeping to clean your room or they will not clean it. we called all of the departments for new towels and noone answered. I had to peak out of my room to spot a housekeeper to request a towel.

Veronic at the front desk was amazing! She was so friendly, funny, and patient while I searched my bags for my ID. I absolutely loved her! The room was soooo clean and smelled so good! Even the shower was spotless. Soap smelled so good I went and bought some of the same kind! Oh, and the room was HUGE!

The pillows were all I have to complain about. They were too soft.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness, room layout, and overall location. The outdoor patio area was very convenient and we really enjoyed our stay!

Only thing I'd say is the breakfast could have been a little better. I know everything has gone to a grab-and-go situation but I still think a sit down environment would be possible. Breakfast just seemed very setup for you to grab and take it back to your room. Food was very tasty!

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly and professional The were able to honor my request of replacing the down/feather pillows.

The breakfast was not very good. The pre-made were slimy and greasy. They did not have cream cheese for the bagels. They need more low carb choices for diabetics
