La Quinta by Wyndham Austin NW/Lakeline Mall

The room was super quiet even though I was right next to the elevator. That worried me at first but I had nothing to be concerned about. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was plenty adequate (eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, that kind of thing.) And the staff was friendly and helpful.

The wi-fi could have been a little stronger up on the 3rd floor. It was well enough for me to get work done, so it's hard to complain, but, for whatever reason, my phone kept dropping the signal. Also, another small issue, there was no channel guide in the room, so I had to flip through lots of channels to find what I wanted. Again, a very minor issue.

This place has everything that makes me love the concept of hotels. It has heat. It has water. It has quietness. It has a hot shower. They give you complimentary items like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They have a weight room. They have free breakfast. They have free wifi. My microwave conked out and my request they fixed it asap. This place is within walking distance to Target and HEB Plus. I want to stay at more hotels like this.

this property looks brand new and has a lot of the features you would find in much higher level chains. It has a frost free lighted mirror in the bathroom. It has a pull out magnified make up mirror. The room was very spacious and clean. They also allow pets, which is why I stayed there. It is half the price of the hotel where I usually stay in that same area. And nicer. Much larger dog areas than many places.

There is some construction going on around the hotel on adjacent properties. It makes it a little bit difficult to find and get to you

They stay was great. The breakfast was good and the room was great. The beds were comfy.

The door either sticks to where you cant open it or it doesn't latch all the way. That could be a fire hazard for people trying to get out in case of and emergency. Just something to think about.

Friendly and helpful staff. The coffee in the lobby is wonderful, they even have honey and hot chocolate. Some of the complimentary toiletries are Dove which is a nice touch. The beds are comfy. The desk is nice and it has an additional roll out table that makes eating with the family easier in a hotel room.

The phone in our room doesn't seem to work but we don't need it.

I loved how many different entrances there was. it made it easy to enter the building regardless of where I parked

I wish they cleaned the rooms on a daily basis rather than every 4 days. coming back to a clean hotel room after a long day is much more comfortable than having to wait 3-4 days however I understand their policy

Front desk attendant and manager were super nice, very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and well kept as well. Would definitely recommend to friends and family again.

wonderful stay, the customer service was exceptional, the room was very clean and i loved how it was 100% smoking free. there was always someone in the front to help with any questions we had.

the pool was a little dirty and it was a little confusing on how to get in through the gate, but other than that it was great.

Very clean and located well. Roomy with big bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good also.

Cleaning staff was making entirely too much noise the next morning. Started around 8:45am and couldn’t sleep in because of all the noise.

We loved the breakfast variety. We loved the evening fresh baked cookies with coffee. We liked that they allow our pets and have a poop bag center outside. We liked that it wasn't too fancy of a place but it was clean and simple, just like home. The staff was very nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable staying there. We will return.
