Extended Stay America Suites - Austin - Northwest - Lakeline Mall

I sincerely appreciated how the receptionist balanced not overstepping the boundaries/limitations of her job while helping accommodating me through the process of dealing with Booking.com's unprofessional, unnerving and infuriating service, as I spent hours in the lobby of this Extended Stay just trying to get them to recreate a confirmed booking which I had already paid for in full They kept trying get me to travel to another hotel for a cheaper rate ignoring my repeated declines because I had already spent so much time traveling and more time on the phone with Booking.com customer service unbelievable. But Extended Stay at Lakeline in Austin, Texas gets 5⭐s from me

Booking.com's assistance. Their insolence and continued as well as symantec run-a-round games certainly didn't not help dealing with errors on their end.

I love the staff here. I love the cleanliness and the organization. I love the coffee, oatmeal and granola bars they leave out for us in the morning. I love the location right next to an Olive Garden and the mall. There are many things within walking distance. Restaurants, theaters. The manager Mr Whitehead a gentleman and everyone who works here is eager to help when you need it. Highly recommended!

The Location, we stayed conveniently located around lots of eateries.& near our place ' & storage. Cost was some what pricey. Free breakfast , free parking ,The staff was very cordial ,friendly & helpful a Mr. Kenneth.Whitehead , Mrs.Gina & ' Katilyn ' whom was professional.thank you all again.

The initial room 🚻 toilet was not working 😕 correctly ( stopped up ) .& room had cobwebs the sheets were not cleaned !!!

Very clean, staff was so sweet. My daughter is autistic and the gentleman at the front desk took the time to talk to her and give her a high five before we left. I called before we traveled down and explained we would be in after midnight, the gentleman I talked to was so sweet, even told me to travel safe.

Our refrigerator in our room was not cold we had milk go bad.

I haven’t tried the breakfast yet and the location is okay 👌 I really love it here and the staff is very respectful and that’s wats make my stay better thank you

I think it's wonderful that healthy food is put out in the morning and the coffee is excellent. It's nice and strong and the creamers are the best!

We liked the location and it smelled so clean every single time you walked in the lobby.

The staff didn’t tell us there is an audit that goes on from 12-2 am that prevents you from checking in right away

Staff was nice & room served it’s purpose for my short stay. I had a clean bed, clean towels & was able to have my pets with me.

Could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the shower & floor was sticky in front of refrigerator.
