I loved the location with many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment within walking distance. The hotel was very clean with a functional decor. The bed was comfortable, but not plush. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Aloft.

The front desk person was business-like, but not really welcoming. She carried herself with a very slight hint of agitation. The water pressure was disappointing and the temperature was cold during one shower and not really hot during a second one. Finally, as a light sleeper, the room forced air furnace was problematic, constantly rattling as if something was stuck in the blower.

great pet policy. comfortable rooms and good location.

Could have some pet stations that have poop bags and disposal since the pet policy is great but difficult to find place to best dispose of poopy waste---this would encourage consistent and easy use of poop bags- we always travel with them but not all do and there was some poop on the grassy areas that might not have been there if poop bags had been available.

Mattress and pillows liked a lot.

In our room 221 the light switches in the shower and overhead light did not work and the light switch to turn off the mirror sink light would not turn off. No hair shampoo or conditioner. Also bluetooth radio did not work with acton2 app on my phone.

It was clean, aesthetically pleasing, accessible and in a fantastic location.

Not much was explained before heading to the room. Turns out that I’m order to turn on the bedside light you had to flip a switch back near the door. Odd! We figured this out when we were leaving.

Location was great! Games throughout the facility was very nice. We enjoyed the bathing area, pool, pool table, and various games on table.

We enjoy the unique rooms and the decor. The atmosphere in the common areas really added to the stay. Very fun place to stay on a road trip. We hopped down to the bar for a beverage to unwind after a long drive.

We didn't get to try out the additional amenities like the pool and workout room.

location was excellent! Staff was very polite and friendly.

The fridge did not work at all. Mattress pad had blood stains under the sheets. Staff offered new room.

The staff was very bright and helpful during check in and check out. Great decor in the room. Fun design of the bathroom. Nice bed with great pillows. Big windows. Great stay!

Nice, unique style. Close to restaurants & other activities.

Retro clock in the room looked cool, but had to wear earplugs at night to block the “ticking” of the clock.

The atmosphere is very modern Makes it FUN to stay

The refrigerator light would not dim during the night - made for a very light room. The sliding doors to our bathroom would not stay in place - they would slide open when taking a shower or going to the toilet
