Homewood Suites by Hilton Lubbock

The breakfast was good, but missed some cheese, free coffee during the day, comfortable bed,nice kitchen, nice swimmingpool, the staff were always helpful, they even gave us a new room, because there was something wrong with the dishwasher in the first room we had.

No grocery stores and restaurants in walking distances. They didn't fill up more than 1 coffee pot with regular coffee the whole day, only made for breafast, so if there were many guests, it didn't lasted longer than to the middle of the day.

Where can I start? First of all, the staff were so hospitable and so warming, I couldn't possible turn down another stay. They made me feel right at home. It's one thing to have to spend money and feel like it was a complete waste, but not you guys, you made our money well worth it. Thank you!

The staff that made the breakfast did a wonderful job, and were very kind. My aunt had requested fresh eggs and biscuits, and the breakfast attendant didn't hesitate to make fresh food for us. She was very kind, and we appreciated it.

The beds were lopsided and uncomfortable, and the shower had very low water pressure.

Super friendly staff. Room was great, love all of the extra amenities (full size refrigerator, and full kitchen as well as a separate living room area, tv in bedroom as well as living area was also a huge plus!) Lovely breakfast service and variety of options to chose from (staff serving breakfast was wonderful and did a great job as well as providing very nice customer service as well). Cleaning staff so friendly also! We actually had left my daughters tablet on accident in the room at check out, and they were so kind to turn it in at the front desk for us (and the front desk person was kind enough to call to let us know). Thankfully we were able to come by to pick it up before our flight. Thanks for the all around great service.

Love the breakfast options. Excellent staff. Fitness quarters had several options.

Rooms looked a little aged and in need of reviving. When you get a room next to an outside spotlight it shines too much in the room and can't cover windows enough to darken room.

The rooms were good size,beds were very comfortable,staff was great, breakfast had great options of a hot option(bacon,eggs/sausage,eggs/bacon,cheese omelette),pastry options,cereal,hot cereal and fruits and juices. BBQ facilities were great. Free washer & dryer use was awesome.

rooms could use fresh paint and better cleaning. Found old food on side of couch, trash in drawers and under bed .pool was closed. Housekeeping could definitely take more time in wiping down kitchen cabinets/doors and tables

Staff was friendly, breakfast options, modern design, nice rooms, good location.

Hallways were very hot, room air conditioner circulation was not great, was charged before even checking in and was higher than originally given as a price, additional $50 charge was also added without notification, behind them nightstand in the bedroom there was some trash (sofa can, etc.)

Friendly staff was super quick to bring us what we needed. Convenient parking. Clean room and common areas. The salsa was fantastic.

The burritos were good but the tortillas were stale. The waffle iron's timer was working intermittently, and the waffle batter was nearly empty.

Staff was amazing. Very friendly and did their best to go above with guest.

Hotel is in need of an update. Cracking paint, falling apart shower curtain, overall kinda musty smell.

I never have a problem checking in and my special requests are fulfilled. Thank you so much
